among that population. You will need to address each requirement
presented below in your report.
Assignment Requirements:
1. Identification of Programs or Projects:

 Explain how these programs or projects aim to address these needs
effectively.

2. Description of the Area/Population:

 Provide a detailed description of the designated area or population,


including demographic information, prevalent health conditions, and
existing service deficiencies.

3. Assessment of Significant Needs:

 Assess and prioritize the most significant healthcare needs within the
selected area or population.
 Explain why these needs are considered the most significant, drawing
upon relevant data and research.

4. Visual Representation (Self-Created):


 Minimum of 1 self-created visualization.
 Include a visual representation of your choice (e.g., graph,
infographic, chart) to supplement the report's findings.
 Ensure that the visual aids in better understanding the healthcare
situation in the chosen area or population.

5. Data Sources:
