Mechanics:
The game consists of 10 participants

10 participants will be divided into two groups

In turn, each member will pick a slip and acts out the phrase shown
using hand signals and body motions but no spoken words within
1 minute
The member of the team then try to guess the title/phrase. The
player giving the allocated a point.
Mechanics:
If the team does not guess the acted phrase
correctly within the time limit, the other team can
try to guess the phrase.

The team with the most points wins the game

Setting a Schedule
for Sending a
Message
Let’s compose a new mail.
Click the drop-down arrow
found beside the Send button.

Select Schedule Send.


A popup window will appear
and propose a schedule.

You can click the Custom Time


button to change the schedule.
Set your
desired
schedule then
click Send.
You can now compose your
email and click Send. You can
also start with composing your
email first before Scheduling
Sending of your mail.
As you see, the email
was composed at
9:30AM but was sent at
10:00AM.

beside the New Mail
button, then select Event.

Let’s use the Scheduling Assistant
tab. This will help us schedule a
meeting effectively by checking the
availability of our desired attendees.
Now, I have set the
schedule of the event or
meeting.

And added my desired


participants.
The Scheduling Assistant
shows you the availability
of your Organization or
Team members.

This report shows that all of my colleagues


except Nicole are available on the date I chose.
Going back to Events, we can now
see the schedule we set and the
participants that we added.
Don’t forget the Name of the Event
and add a Description if needed.
You can choose the time you want
to get notified about the meeting.
You can also modify your meeting
by Requesting for Responses,
Allowing Forwarding, and Hiding
the Attendee List.
You’re all set! You can now hit the
Send button to send your event.
Your recipient will be notified via
email and the event will be added
to their calendars.

Conducting a
Survey through a
Poll
You can conduct a survey by
adding a Poll to your email.
Type your Question and Options. You
can tick the Multiple Answers to
allow more responses.
Your respondents will
see this Poll in email.
Click Add to Email.
The link to the poll will be
added to the email. You
may now click Send.
You can view the result
of the poll directly from
email.

Creating and
Using a Template
You can create a Template by
clicking on Apps then
My Templates.
Click this button to Add New
Template.
Create your Template by
adding a name and the
content. Click Save.
You newly created template has
now been added to your My
Templates list, and you can use it
anytime by just clicking it.

Organizing
Emails through
Categorizing
and Flagging
Select an email
or emails to
categorize, then
click the
Categorize
button.
Click New
Category.
Type the Name
of the Category
and Assign a

You can now easily view
the messages under the
Reading Programs
category.
Let’s use the same mails for
Flagging. Click the drop-
down arrow and select the

Setting the Level


of Importance
or Urgency of
Mails
After composing your mail, select the
level of importance of your message by
going to Tags group and selecting either
High Importance or Low Importance.
This will inform your
recipient of the urgency or
importance of your
message.

Creating Groups
in Directory
Click on the Groups
icon found at the
far left corner of the
interface.
Click New Group.
Once you’re done Creating
a Group, you can start
Adding Members.
You can now use this
single email in sending
mails and files to all the
members of your group.
