b. Performance Standard The student should be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of current and relevant health
issues and challenges both local and regional.
c. Learning Competencies/Objectives At the end of the lesson; students should be able to
 Identify the Philippine Health related Laws
 Analyze the health issues and concerns and their significance
 Demonstrates the positive and negative effects of the health issues and concerns in people’s health
