GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: ֍Work permit shall be

֍ Hazard & Control Measures clearly communicated to all personnel.
֍First aider and first aid kit available on the site
֍Round the clock diligent supervision by immediate supervisor at all times.
֍Shall provide adequate shelter/rest facility and drinking water supply nearer to the work location.
֍All incidents immediately reported, properly acted upon and adequate information communicated to the concerned.
֍All personals including the operators and Banks man will be approved with Medically fit certificates and screening form.
֍Any Plant and Mechinary deployed will be TPI approved one including Excavator.
֍Mandatory PPE's include Hard Hat, Hi-Wiz Jacket, Safety Shoes, Goggles, Ear Pluggs.
