TYPES OF WORKPLACE HAARDS INCLUDE:
1.Safety hazards: inadequate and insufficient machine guards, unsafe
workplace conditions, unsafe work practices.
2. Biological hazards: caused by organisms such as viruses, bacteria , fungi
and parasites.
3.Chemical Hazards: solid, liquid, vapor or gaseous substance , dust, fume or

4. Ergonomic Hazard: anatomical , physiological, and psychological demans
on the worker, such as repetitive and forceful movements, vibration, extreme
temperature , and awkward postures from improper work methods and
