Price quote for total EPC services for 50 kWp Solar PV plant as per the mentioned scope of work on
turnkey basis as below:-

Assumptions
1) We have assumed that Solar Power shall be evacuated at local LT panel of Client.
2) Client shall provide spare feeder at LT panel.
3) Power Evacuation from solar plant will be at 415 V. We have considered total of 35 meters
transmission AC cable from Solar System to LT panels. Any additional length of cable required shall be
provided by us at extra price.
4) Encumbrance free roof access shall be provided by client.
5) Construction water and power shall be provided by client at free of cost.
6) Remote monitoring system is considered in the offered price. Client has to provide static IP address
along with no firewall protection.
7) Indoor Space provision for all control panels (if applicable) and Inverters supplied by WAAREE will be
in Customer's scope.
a. (#) Any change in taxes/duties at the time of dispatch / invoicing due to statutory variation shall be to
the purchaser’s account.
Standard Terms & Conditions:
1) If project capacity changes the cost will be adjusted on pro-rata basis as per rate mentioned in
table above.
2) Applicable taxes and duties are included / included in price above unless mentioned.
3) Any change in Govt. Lows / Regulations will be levied on actual, if any.
4) GST rates: Solar @ 13.8%
Payment Terms:
1) 20% of offered price as advance along with LOA.
2) 75% before 15 days dispatchment of material.
3) 5% before commissioning (At the time of net metering approval letter).
Warranty:
The following OEM warranty is applicable for each solar component:
1) Modules : 12 Years for product and 30 years for more than 80% power output.
2) Inverter : 12 Year (Solar Edge)
3) Power Optimizer : 25 Year
4) Balance of Material : 1 Year
No warranty covers for any mishandling, abused wear and tear, sabotage/ force majeure conditions. GARGEE ENERGIES shall transfer the warranty offered by
equipment manufacturer to Client at no extra cost. Mishandling and abused wear and tear, if any, by GARGEE ENERGIES representative during the O&M
period of GARGEE ENERGIES is responsibility of GARGEE ENERGIES.
