Dear Literan Parents,
As part of our dedication to fostering student learning, knowledge acquisition, and growth, it is crucial to
evaluate their understanding and retention from the first term of the 2024 - 2025 academic year. MLZS will
be conducting The Yearly Examinations for students in classes IX & XI, beginning in March. Please find the
attached date sheet for your reference. We encourage you to help your child review the concepts to
support their preparation.
Marks Duration
80/70/30 3 Hours

Kindly make a note of the following in this regard:


 From 01st to 12th March, School hours will be from 8:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. The buses will ply accordingly.
 Students are advised to carry their Admit Card.
 Exam timing: 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
 Non Exam days will be preparatory leave.
 There will be no re-examination for absentees.
 In case of absenteeism, parents are requested to submit a medical certificate, prescription, or application
addressed to the principal.
 From 13th March to 23rd March 2025 will be considered as holiday.
 New session will comings from 24th March 2025.
