With reference to subject cited above regarding Condemnation of unserviceable/ Beyond


Economic Repair/Technically Obsolete IT Equipment in Computer Department of the Vidyalaya,
please find attached herewith the proposal of condemnation of I.T. Equipment costing
Rs. 1105029.00/- (Eleven Lakhs Five Thousand Twenty Nine Only) along with below mentioned
Annexure for your kind perusal and sanction.

1. Approval of VMC and Chairman VMC as Annexure – A


2. Physical inspection report of school level committee members as Annexure – B
3. Technical verification certificate given by JJ Enterprises, BOC Gate, Bongaigaon, Assam as
Annexure – C
4. List of the articles recommended for write off under the head Computer Department
Non-Consumable CS-49 along with signature of VEC Members as Annexure – D
5. List of the articles recommended for write off under the head Computer Department
Non-Consumable showing Depreciation value of the articles as Annexure – E
6. Constitution of Vidyalaya level Verification Committee for Computer Department Annual
Stock Verification- Annexure-F
