Term and Conditions


By making the payment you confirm, acknowledge and/or accept the following payment terms:
1. All information provided by you is true and accurate.
2. This payment is made to the Developer who has authorised Zameen Medallion (Private) Limited to collect the payment for and on their behalf.
3. This acknowledgement does not create any contractual relationship between the buyer and Zameen Medallion (Private) Limited and/or Zameen Media (Private) Limited. Neither company is
responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever with respect to any unit/property booked or purchased from the Developer or any payment made in lieu thereof.
4. You shall remain liable to the Developer for any payment or instalment(s) with respect to the Property/Unit, as per the agreed payment plan.
5. This acknowledgement is provisional only and shall be valid for seven (7) days or until issuance of Developer's receipt, whichever is earlier.
6. In the event the payment instrument specified in this acknowledgement is dishonoured or payment is not received by the Zameen Medallion (Private) Limited in clear funds for any
reason whatsoever, this acknowledgement will be deemed null and void, without the need for further notice. Under such circumstances, the Developer may exercise its right to avail any
and all remedies available to it under applicable laws.
7. The Developer’s payment receipt will constitute proof of payment and must be obtained through the relevant salesperson within seven (7) days from the date of issuance of this
acknowledgement slip. The Developer receipt will be issued upon realization of payment in clear funds in the Developer's designated bank account.
8. Any request for confirmation, modification, refund or cancellation must be made to and shall be processed directly by the Developer. The Developer's receipt will be required in original to
process any such request.
9. This is not a title document and does not create or transfer any rights, title or interests in any property in favour of the Buyer/you.
10. Zameen Medallion (Private) Limited reserves the right to verify the information provided by the buyer.
11. There is no association, partnership or joint venture, agency, or employer-employee relationship in any manner whatsoever between the Developer and Zameen Medallion (Private) Limited
and/or Zameen Media (Private) Limited.
