INSTRUCTIONS TO THE STUDENTS


1. Bring your ID card. Also ensure you bring all the stationary requirements including
calculator as borrowing is treated as malpractice.
2. If a student does not bring the ID card, the student must possess a letter duly
signed by faculty advisor and Head of the Department.
3. Enter the examination hall 15 minutes before the commencement of the
examination.
4. Check your seating arrangement and sit as per your register number.
5. Ensure that you do not possess any material relevant or irrelevant to the
examination, smart watch and other electronic gadgets.
6. Ensure strict silence inside the examination hall
7. The duration of the exam is 90 minutes.
8. No students will be permitted to leave the examination hall before the end of the
stipulated time.
9. Have a thorough understanding of the different acts of malpractice and the
respective punishments and never indulge in any form of malpractice
10. Squad members will be in continuous monitoring throughout the examination
11. Do not come late to the examination. In case of late comers, submit a written
explanation to the invigilators mentioning the time of entry to the hall
superintendents.
12. Remove your shoes / slipper and keep outside the exam hall before entering into
the examination hall
13. Strictly adhere to the instruction given by the hall invigilator and carefully fill the
details in the answer booklet before answering the questions.
14. Do not talk / gesture inside the examination hall.
15. Handover the answer booklet to the invigilator in person.
16. Severe penalties apply for misconduct, cheating, possession of unauthorized
materials, improper use of materials, and unauthorized removal of materials from
examination rooms or ignoring the instructions given by supervisors. STUDENTS
ARE REMINDED THAT CHEATING IS REGARDED AS AN ACT OF GRAVE
MISCONDUCT FOR WHICH THERE ARE HEAVY PENALTIES APPLIED,
INCLUDING A FAIL IN THE SUBJECT/ CANCELLATION OF ALL SUBJECTS
WRITTEN IN THIS CLA / DEBARRING FROM THE EXAMINATION AND
POSSIBLE EXPULSION FROM THE UNIVERSITY.
