Students engage in three different physical activities (e.g., walking, jogging, sprinting). After each
activity, students measure their heart rate and record it. Explain its importance to our lives.
Conduct a guided activity: Students perform an exercise at light, moderate, and vigorous intensities.
After each, they rate their perceived exertion and compare it with their heart rate.
