A GUIDELINE FOR INDIVIDUAL PRESENTATION

Course: Business-to-Business Marketing


Overview: Each week, groups of four students (randomly chosen) will present on
assigned reading materials. While collaboration in preparing the presentation is
expected, the evaluation will focus on each student's individual contribution and
understanding of the material. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session and
an online quiz administered by the presenters
Learning outcomes:
 (LO1) Analyse the market, business opportunities, and B2B marketing activities
 (LO2) Organize a business project, or rewrite B2B marketing from business.
General instructions:
Students are strongly encouraged to explore additional reading materials for further
enrichment.
Upload your presentation and quiz results to your Google Drive and create a sharable
link. Paste this link into the appropriate cell for your group in the provided Google
Sheet.

1. Team formation and topic assignment:
o Students will be assigned to groups of four.
o Each group will be assigned a specific topic and corresponding reading materials.
2. Preparation:
o Collaborative reading and discussion: Group members should thoroughly read
and discuss the assigned materials together to ensure a shared understanding of the
key concepts.
o Presentation development: The group will collaborate to create a 15-minute
presentation that effectively summarizes, analyzes, and synthesizes the core ideas
from the readings. The presentation should be engaging and informative, utilizing
visual aids (e.g., PowerPoint slides) as appropriate.
o Individual contribution: While the presentation is a group effort, each student
must have a clearly defined role and contribute substantively to the content and
delivery. It is recommended to divide the presentation into sections with each
student responsible for presenting their respective part. Equal contribution is
compulsory.
o Q&A preparation: Each student should be prepared to answer questions related to
the entire presentation, not just their individual section.
o Quiz development: The group will create a 10-question multiple-choice quiz
using an online platform (e.g., Google Forms, Quizizz, Kahoot!, etc.).
o Quiz answer key: Prepare a separate answer key for the quiz to facilitate grading.
3. Presentation (15 minutes):
o Each group will deliver their 15-minute presentation to the class.
o All group members must actively participate in the presentation.
o Visual aids should be used effectively to enhance clarity and engagement.
4. Q&A session (5 minutes):
o Following the presentation, there will be a 10-minute Q&A session.
o The audience will ask questions related to the presentation content.
o All group members should be prepared to answer questions, demonstrating their
understanding of the material.
5. Quiz administration (5 minutes):
o The presenting group will provide the link to their online quiz to the audience.
o The audience will have 5 minutes to complete the quiz.
6. Quiz results and submission:
o The presenting group will collect and analyze the quiz results.
o The results, including individual scores and the answer key, will be submitted to
the lecturer via the provided Google Sheet.
Individual evaluation criteria (7% + 8%):
Each student will be evaluated individually based on the following criteria:
 Presentation (7%):
o Demonstrated understanding of the assigned reading materials
o Ability to answer questions thoughtfully and accurately.
o Relevance of quiz questions to the reading materials.
 Quizzes (8%):
o Results from quizzes and activities in class.
