Essential Qualifications Ph.D/M.Phil/Postgraduate in Postgraduate in social science
social science discipline (55% discipline with minimum 55%
minimum) marks.
Desired Experience Knowledge of research, strong Data collection, efficiency in
academic writing skills, data computer, willing to travel,
analysis and interpretation, proficiency in English and
drafting research reports. Using Marathi languages would be
STATA/MAXQDA/SEM- desirable.
PLS/NVIVO tools will be
preferred.

General Conditions:
1. Candidates will be shortlisted for interview based on their CV, Qualifications, other
relevant documents (if any) and the need of the project.
2. Upper Age Limit: 35 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
3. Only the shortlisted candidates will be communicated through email for the Interview.
4. Interview of the shortlisted candidates will be conducted offline. The candidates are
required to attend the interview at MIT-WPU at their own expenses (no TA/DA will
be provided).
5. The initial appointment will be for the time mentioned above however, it may be extended
based on the satisfactory performance and requirement of the University.
6. The position is purely temporary and selected candidates shall not have claim on any
regular position at the end of the project duration.
