• P. 4: Inappropriate language reflection sheet
• P. 5: Lying reflection sheet
• P. 6: Off-task behavior reflection sheet

How To Use These Reflection Sheets:
• Use these reflection sheets to help students process negative
behavior choices.
• Students can do these worksheets independently, but it is
recommended for an adult to sit down with the student and process
the event together using the prompts on the sheet. For younger
students, the adult can write the responses for the child.
• Please note that completing these worksheets should not be used as
a punishment. The intention of these reflection sheets is to help
students process their behavior in a restorative way.
• These reflection sheets work best when given to the students after
they have had time to de-escalate and calm down from the incident.
