Start up
1. Turn on the electrical isolating switch (set in front of the electric control cabinet), press the
EMERCENCY STOP RESET and READY TO RUN buttons, turn the key on the MACHINE to RUN
(on the main console) and check whether the voltage (380V) and current are correct and stable.
2. Turn on the power switch of the hydraulic system (set on the main hydraulic drive frame), and
check whether the oil level and pressure gauge display of the main hydraulic drive system are
correct and stable.
3. Open the pneumatic shut-off valve (set on the air intake pipe under the pneumatic control
cabinet), and check whether the air pressure is correct (not less than 6.0bar) and stable.
Setting control
1. Set the slitting menu according to the film type, thickness, length, width, etc. arranged in the
slitting plan.
3. Set the winding length and width of the corresponding specification film.
4. Select the corresponding winding station, adjust the pressure roller arm and pressure roller, and
install the paper core of the corresponding specification.
2. Membrane penetration: When there is no membrane on the mechanical slitting line, membrane
penetration must be performed. Use the film threading device and function keys of the slitting
machine to tie one end of the original film to the eye of the film threading chain, and activate the film
threading button to make the film evenly distributed on the rollers along the direction of the slitting
process.
3. Film splicing: When there is a film on the mechanical slitting line, when changing roll joints, use
the vacuum film splicing table, first start the film splicing table to the working position, manually
flatten the film on the first traction roller of the mechanical slitting line and start the upper vacuum
pump Suction the film to make the film absorb on the film splicing table evenly, stick the double-
sided tape and cut off the excess film under the tape, flatten the film on the unwinding frame and
start the lower vacuum pump to make the film absorb smoothly, and take off the tape Put on the
paper layer and flatten the adhesive film, the joints should be neat and wrinkle-free, then turn off the
upper and lower vacuum pumps, and open the film splicing table to the non-working position.
2. Set the ANTI-STAIC BARS on the main console to AUTO, enable READY TO RUN, and start
MACHINE RUN to start operation.
Slitting control
During the slitting operation, carefully monitor and observe the slitting effect, and properly adjust and
control the slitting speed, unwinding tension, contact pressure, arc roller, edge material traction
roller, and edge guide.
Receipt
1. When the inner and outer ends are finished winding and the machine stops running, use the film
unloading button to place the film on the prepared film unloading trolley, cut off the film and stick the
film roll with sealing glue.
2. Use the chuck release button to loosen the chuck, check whether the paper core of each film roll
is separated from the paper core, if one end is still stuck on the paper core, manually unload the film
roll.
3. Make sure that all the films leave the chuck and put them on the trolley, use the film loading
button to raise the winding arm, install the corresponding paper core, and attach the film neatly to
the paper core for the next cutting.
Parking
1. When the film roll runs to the set length, the equipment will stop automatically.
2. During the operation of the equipment, press MACHINE STOP to stop if necessary.
3. When you need to stop quickly, press the MACHINE STOP key for more than 2S.
Precautions
1. Make sure that the voltage, current and hydraulic pressure are correct and stable before starting
the machine.
2. Before the equipment is ready to run, all personnel must be notified to leave the equipment to
ensure personal safety before starting operation.
3. When the slitter is running, do not touch the running film roll or roller core with your hands, so as
not to get your hands involved and cause personal injury.
4. During the operation, do not use a knife or hard object to scratch or cut each roller core.

1. Before opening the equipment, check whether the lubrication parts are lubricated (screw,
roller, sprocket, transmission gear, expansion and contraction mechanism, etc.).
2. Check whether the protective cover is firm and reliable, and whether the fasteners are loose.
3. Check whether the grounding wire of the motor is firm, whether the operation button is
damaged, and whether the circuit is damaged.
4. Check whether the oil level of the gearbox is within the standard range.
5. Check the abrasion of the pneumatic brake, and there must be no grease on the brake pads.
6. Check whether there are cracks or falling off on the surface of the blade.
7. The pressure of compressed air is normal at 0.5-0.7MPa, and the pressure of hydraulic pump is
normal at 5-8MPa.
8. Before use, the loading trolley and unloading trolley should be at the outermost lower limit
position to wait for materials. The reel of the decoiler should be in the minimum tightening state,
the centering cylinder should be in the middle position, and the pressing roller should be in the
upper limit position. After loading the material, make the reel expand the sleeve tightly to
prevent slipping.
9. The rear looper guide should be pulled to the working position of the belt. The opening of the
guide roller on the front tension table should be at the maximum position, and the pinch roller on
the rear tension table should be at the upper limit position. The front and rear tension table
airbags need to deflate and open the pressure plate to the maximum position.
10. Before ready to use, the scrap coiler should be in the coiling position, and the tail trimmer
should be opened to the maximum opening degree. The reel of the winder is in the minimum
tightening state, the jaws are turned to the appropriate position, and the hydraulic push plate
should be retracted to the rear limit position.
11. The disc cutter needs to be equipped with a cutter head and locked according to the process
requirements, and then lock the frame on the operating side. Then adjust the overlap of the upper
and lower knives according to the process requirements and lock them, and then start the
machine to check the meshing degree of the blades to prevent damage to the blades.
12. When adjusting the strip type again, the cutter gap and coiling tension should be adjusted
according to the process requirements.
13. The distance from the inner side of the disk should be slightly larger than the width of the
strip to prevent the strip from scratching.

position of the height direction of the coil is found to be incorrect, stop the movement of the loading trolley
immediately and re-adjust the position before centering.
4. Wipe the knife shaft and frame archway before starting to remove the debris and waste on and around the
equipment.
5. It is necessary to start the uncoiler and disc cutter when cutting the belt, and it is forbidden to thread the belt
during high-speed operation. When starting to cut, the back tension pad should be lowered to press the copper
strip, and then the air bag should be inflated to keep the copper strip stable during cutting. During the cutting
process, it is strictly forbidden to stand on the front of the reel to prevent the broken belt from hurting people.
6. When adjusting the copper tape, you must wear gloves to hold the copper. When pulling the copper belt, the
palm of your hand should not be close to the edge of the copper belt to prevent the edge of the copper belt from
hurting your hands. During operation, it is strictly forbidden to operate between the blades by hand, and it is
strictly forbidden to touch the edge of the copper belt by hand. The adjustment should be slowed down during
adjustment.
7. Before starting the winder, check whether all the belts are clamped, and when normal, start high-speed
winding. After the coiling is completed, the tape rolls must be bundled to prevent the tape rolls from loosening.
8. When the tail of the copper strip is cut out of the disc, the looper table must be moved to the center of the
unit to prevent the copper strip from entering the bottom of the looper pit from scratching the copper strip.
9. When recycling waste, no one should stand in front of the scrap edge coiler to prevent the waste from
smashing your feet.
10. When installing the copper strip, it should be steady and slow to prevent damage to the equipment and the
copper strip.
11. If the equipment is found to be faulty during operation, the machine should be shut down in time to notify
the mechanics to eliminate the fault, and the equipment should not be caused to work.
12. During the operation and maintenance of the equipment, it is not allowed to cross the moving parts. It is
forbidden to touch the rotating parts, and do not cross the safety fence.
13. When the equipment is not used for 8 hours, the main power switch should be turned off.
