1.1 Objectives
The "Learn Ed" website has several key objectives to serve its users and the broader community.
The main objective behind this project is to provide a user friendly environment to provide
knowledge and give everyone a chance to learn, irrespective of where they are, provided they
register themselves with the system.
The main feature that the system provides can be made use of, once the registered people select
their interested subject and take a starter test. This help to establish incremental learning process.
After taking this, based on their level of competence, they can take available tutorials, take
online tests.
The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work. This
helps in network enabled transfer of skills and knowledge. Learn Ed refers to use of electronic
applications and processes to learn. This is a web based application which can be hosted in the
website of any training institute. The students will be able to register online, read the course
material and write online test exam.

computerized equipment's and full-fledged computer software, fulfilling their requirements, so
that their valuable data/information can be stored for a longer period with easy accessing and
manipulation of the same.
The required software and hardware are easily available and easy to work with. E-learning
Management System, as described above, can lead to error free, secure, reliable and fast

2.2 Methodology
The development process for the "Learn Ed" website comprises several key phases. Firstly,
content structuring plays a pivotal role. The project is divided into distinct sections, each
addressing a crucial aspect of depression and anxiety, including "Depression," "Anxiety,"
"Difference," "Types of Depression," "Share Your Experience," and "About." Each section is
meticulously organized to provide users with comprehensive and structured information on these
subjects.
The website's foundation is built on HTML and CSS, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing and
responsive design. The HTML structures the content and creates individual pages for each
section, while CSS ensures a consistent visual theme that prioritizes readability and accessibility.
A navigation menu is incorporated, allowing users to effortlessly navigate between the different
sections.

5. CONCLUSION
Today, there are a number of education service providers in the market and they offer various teaching services
for the purpose of schooling students, those who are doing a preparation of competitive exam and for a college
students. But users prefer to avail services from favorite services providers due to various reasons. It is cleared
that the level of Premium, Audio of Teacher, Video Quality, Presentation, Class Participation, Attendance,
Facing Technical Problems, Strict Level, Time Discipline, Mis-leading Education, Level of Punishment, Quality
of Test Series, Quality of Progress Report, and the students are considered these factors to decide the e-learner.
Indian scenario is the price sensitive scenario where people shift from one vendor to another for very small
difference of amount. But in the educational and learning sense parents can’t compromising because of students
can make their carrier through learn and implementation the theory to real world so the parents go their chid to
best education service provider rather than the cost effective because of cost effective or less free charge e-
learner may be not provided best quality as well as train students as per other.
Based on the data we can conclude now the scenario has change most of students go for tectnology learning
instead of traditionally because they are taking good quality education, they are improving their performance,
they can save their time and affordable fee and course package can pull the students to take a e-learning
education.
