Introducation:

Main users of this system is Admin and Students.

This project is based on Web using PHP,HTML & CSS in front end and in Back
end-MySQL.

PHP

Library provides facility and peaceful atmosphere to students.

Students can take books easily and get new books as they demand in future.

Background Study:

 Before we started our project ,we decided to use some of the

 library/analyzes that actually use the online library management system.

 After analyzing, we Know that these existing system are kept. The books
 easily available.

Objectives:
 The main aim of the project is to build online application that integrate
the
 more than one connection with the multiple database as in result query
 processing time will also go faster because information will be saved in
 different or more than one database.
 The Objective of the project is to develop a system that can handle
and manage the
 activities involved ia a library in an efficient and reliable way.
 Develop a system that can replace the manual library managing system
 facility for the users.
 Administrator or Librarian should have logins.
 Create an easy to understand user friendly environment.


Implementation:

 We have used the programming language like PHP,CSS [Web Based] and
MYSQL.
 In Development Enviroment XAMMP is used as local server.
 For coding we used sublime Text3 .operating system we use WINDOWS 10
PRO .
 Main things in implementation is connecting to lacal server for gaining
information’s of requirements in the library.

Functional Requierements:
 Log In
 -The system performs authorization process which decides what user level
access to.
 - The user must be able to logout after they finished using system.
 * New Member Registration
 - System must be able to verify information
 -System must be able to enter new book details.
 * Search Book
 -System must be able to search the database based on select search type
 Book Issue and Book Return
 -System must be able to enter to enter issue information in database.
 - System must be able to update book details.

Future Works:

 In the near future, technology ids growing rapidly and so this “Library
 Management “ will be very helpful in the future
 Every college and Local Library can use this system.
 Easy to access and no loss of time
 In future ,users can readonline books like[.pdf] from Library just by
logging there account.

Outcomes:

 The expected outcomes of development and connect multiple

 database id that provides the online management system in which
 user can get registration and search the different kind of book on base
 of different Parameter such as Book id,Author Name etc as log as
 confirm the booking of book in advance .By connecting the more than
 two database with each other,system will execute the efficient
 ,reliable and reduce the database terrific as well as database
 performance will be increased.

Conclusion:

 The project online library management system is for computerizing the

 working in a library
 The software takes care of all the requirements of an a library and is capable
 to provide easy and effective storage of information related to books &
users.
