in this purchase order (as applicable to the product). Unless specified below, current revisions of national or international standards
shall be applicable as of the date of Fastenal’s purchase order and must be adhered to in their entirety. If the order receiv ed does not

Specification Requirements:

• Dimensions: ASME B18.2.1, Fully Threaded


Threads must be 2.5 times the thread pitch for sizes ≤1”;
3.5 times the thread pitch for size ≥1”
• Material: Grade 5 per SAE J429
• Mechanical: Grade 5 per SAE J429
• Threads: ASME B1.1, UNC & UNF, Class 2A
Thread acceptance per 6.5.1.4 of ASTM F788
• Product Marking: Manufacturer’s ID and 3 radial lines 120 degrees apart
• Finish: Fe/Zn 3AN per ASTM F1941/F1941M
• Material Test Reports: The MTR must have documented lot traceability, dimensional
results, full chemical test results and full mechanical test results
to the specification(s) above. In addition, the MTR shall be in full
compliance with Fastenal’s MTR Requirements.
