The subject of my research analysis focused on understanding the
environmental harm along health problems caused by fast-food
establishments. Fast food restaurants continue to gain popularity among
people from different age groups thus serving as my reason to study this
subject. I want to learn about the body effects of fast food while also seeing
if potential health problems might develop. I wish to analyze both the
environmental pollution caused by fast food production processes and its
packaging materials.
I have some knowledge about the fast food industry together with its
resulting effects. Fast food meals commonly include unhealthy amounts of
fats together with salt and sugar that medical science links to obesity
diabetes cardiovascular disease. The fast food industry produces huge
environmental pollution through its packaging elements such as plastic and
Styrofoam. Fast food restaurants use large farm operations for their needs
yet this leads to deforestation and water contamination and elevated
greenhouse gas amounts.
My research into this matter aims to build my knowledge about:
Daily intake of fast food products creates distinctive health challenges for
people.
The environmental impact of fast food production and waste.
The search demonstrates options to solve fast food health problems
combined with environmental challenges.
My goal is to learn these elements because obtaining this knowledge will
help me select healthier food together with being environmentally
responsible.
After finishing this assignment I will enhance my ability to spread knowledge
about food choices and purchasing locations to my community members
including friends and family members.
Two research questions that will be addressed through my investigation are
the following: 1. Regular consumption of fast food foods produces what
effects on human wellness?
2. Which environmental problems emerge during fast food manufacturing
together with its packaging process?
The research aims to teach me along with other people about fast food risks
while working to establish better dietary practices. The relationship between
fast food together with health and environmental matters helps individuals
develop better dietary and lifestyle decisions.
