一、Overview
Our company is a professional manufacturer of packaging machinery and
filling machinery. It has the advantages of rich experience, advanced
technology, reliable quality and perfect service, and has a good
reputation in the industry.

Performance characteristics of this machine:

1. The frame, machine feet, material trough, guardrail, etc. are all made
of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The positions that contact the
product container and the filling material are all made of
corrosion-resistant stainless steel and plastic hoses. The filling valve
is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean and disinfect, which meets the
relevant national regulations and requirements.

2. The filling and sealing machine adopts Hexin PLC and human-machine
interface, which is convenient and reliable in program control, simple
and convenient to operate, and has high safety performance.

3. The whole machine adopts imported infrared sensors, and the position
control is more accurate.

4. The electrical switch components of the whole machine adopt domestic


famous brand electrical components.

5. The motor of the whole machine adopts high-quality mechanical speed


regulation motor, frequency conversion control, and more accurate speed.

6. This machine adopts high-quality stainless steel pneumatic control

are used to accurately control and adjust various parameters, with
parameter storage and replacement functions
二、Safety rules
1. Children are not allowed to approach. All visitors must maintain a safe
distance in the operating area.

2. Do not force the operation of the equipment. The equipment should be


operated and used safely within the reasonable parameters of the design.

3. Personnel operating the equipment must wear appropriate work clothes.


Do not wear loose clothes, ties, or decorations. Long hair must be tucked
into a work hat.

4. Do not let the equipment run unattended.

5. Do not touch the rollers or bearings while the equipment is running


to avoid industrial accidents.

6. Do not remove or modify warning signs and replace any signs that may
cause confusion.

7. There should be no foreign objects (such as tools, rags) in the


equipment.

8. Pay attention to the safety of the circuit and do not operate it during
power-on operation.
三、Precautions
* Must read before first use *
1. Operators must read this page before using for the first time.

2. Check whether the power supply is well grounded and whether the ground
wire of the wiring trough is well grounded.

3. Check whether the ventilation and dust prevention facilities in the


machine room are working well.

4. Check whether the voltage and current of the power supply to the
equipment in the machine room meet the requirements.

5. Check whether the installation site is clean and tidy, and keep the
installation site free of debris.

6. Check whether the cables, power cables and optical cables that need
to be connected between the installed equipment and other equipment are
connected in place and whether there are any breaks. Use wire clips to
keep the wiring of the connection neat and not messy.

7. Check whether the cables to be connected match the input and output
ports of the equipment.

8. Before plugging in the machine, first make sure that the emergency stop
switch is in the emergency stop (press) state, and then operate according
to the steps in the manual.

9. Turn off the power and gas before making the initial hardware position
adjustment.

10. The hose of the machine cannot be folded or the bend angle is too small,
otherwise it will affect the cylinder action.
11. Dust and liquid must not accumulate on the surface of the motor and
the surface of the electric eye.

12. Ensure that there are no obstacles on the machine.

13. When starting the machine for the first time, you must ventilate it
first and then turn on the power. When shutting down, stop the heater first,
stop the main machine after 1 minute, then turn off the power first, then
turn off the gas, and then turn off the chiller valve.

14. Whether each sensor (electric eye, metal switch, magnetic switch) can
input normally determines whether each action is normal. Check each sensor
regularly to see if it is working properly.

15. The machine should be cleaned if it is not running for a long time.

16. There is an air volume regulating valve on the cylinder, which can
adjust the speed of the cylinder expansion and contraction by adjusting
the air volume in and out.

17. Replace the air inlet and outlet pipes on the cylinder to change the
working state of the cylinder.

18. Note that when shutting down, you must turn off the temperature switch
first, and wait until the temperature reaches normal temperature before
turning off the air source and shutting down.
四、Instructions
Operation steps of filling and sealing machine:
Preparation before starting: Open the door of the machine case, and add
engine oil and high temperature resistant butter to the friction contact parts
such as gears, bearings, movable rods, copper sleeves, cams, etc.
1. Step 1: First, turn on the power. You can observe that the red indicator light
of the sealing machine power is on, indicating that the machine is connected to
the 220v power supply.
2. Step 2: Connect the air source, plug the metal quick connector into the other
end of the connection, push the hand slide valve, and complete the air source
connection. (Special note: When the power switch is turned on, the air source
is not connected, and the machine is not allowed to start.)
3. Step 3: Turn on the black two-speed knob switch, wait for a while, load the
startup screen, and touch the screen to enter the operation interface. The
operation interface is divided into alarm interface, parameter setting, cleaning
screen, IO interface, manual operation, and automatic operation.
4. Step 4: Prepare for automatic production. Set the filling volume, filling speed,
material extraction speed, filling and delay blowing, and delayed blowing time
in the parameter setting screen. The filling volume parameter setting is
determined by the packaging material capacity. A small amount should be
used for the initial setting. A single filled finished product is electronically
weighed. If the amount is small, the value will be increased, and if the amount
is large, the value will be reduced. The filling and discharging speed depends
on the material concentration. The filling speed value should be smaller for
thinner materials. Conversely, it can be increased accordingly. When the filling
speed is set to be slower, the host speed should also be slowed down. The
suction speed does not need to be changed after the debugging personnel
give a value. The delayed blowing time after filling is the time for delayed
blowing. This parameter displays "1" for 0.1 seconds. This is set according to
the material situation, and the blowing time is also set according to the
material.
5. Step 5: Fill and exhaust air. Place a beaker or other container for receiving
materials under the filling nozzle, open the manual screen, and click the "Filling
Start" button. Click it again after each action is completed to achieve the effect
of exhausting air. The filling volume value can be appropriately increased until
the material is discharged and there is no air in the sealed filling system. The
material filling and air exhaust are completed. Adjust the filling volume to an
appropriate value.
6. Step 6: When all parameters are set, click the automatic screen above, click
the heating button, and when the temperature reaches the set temperature,
check that all buttons on the screen are displayed in green (special note: when
the feeding switch is red, it will not be automatically replenished at this time.
After each stop or emergency stop, check whether all buttons on the automatic
screen are displayed in green), and then click the start button. Start to
manually insert two or three packaging materials into the mold. After the
finished product exits, weigh it. If it is insufficient or exceeds the filling volume
requirements, make corresponding changes to the value.
7. When an "alarm" occurs, check the alarm location, clear the fault, and press
the "Start" button to operate normally.
8. When an emergency occurs, you can press the "Emergency Stop" button.
After the situation is handled, rotate the "Emergency Stop" button and then
press the "Start" button to operate normally.

C4、Parameter settings
Do not allow irrelevant personnel to modify the parameter setting data,
so as not to cause the machine to not work properly. First, click on the
parameter setting screen. Set each parameter. The parameters can be set
according to the conveying speed of bottles of different sizes. It may be
necessary to set different parameters. Different parameters can be
grouped and stored, and called out according to the

usage.

六、Troubleshooting

Common faults:
1. No power input: Check the power source and the fuse next to the power
socket.

1.1. Check whether the air switch inside the electrical box is turned on
(upward)

2. The host does not run:

2.1. Check whether the host speed-related parameters are adjusted too
slowly;

2.2. Check whether the upper limit switch on the bracket has a signal
output;

2.3. Check whether the running mechanical parts are stuck;

2.4. Check the human-machine interface settings to see if the pause or


emergency stop is pressed;

2.5. Check whether the air pressure source is turned on and the water
source of the chiller is connected.

3. After the pipe is installed, no calibration is performed:

3.1. Check whether there is a calibration speed input value in the


human-machine interface (that is, whether the electric eye outputs
signals normally);

3.2. Check whether the photoelectricity of the pipe has a signal output;

3.3. Check whether the parameters are set correctly.

4. The filling head does not discharge material:

4.1. Whether the filling volume and filling speed are set;

4.2. Whether the filling nozzle and filling rotary valve are open, and
whether the filling nozzle is blocked;

4.3. Whether the one-way valve is stuck with material;

4.4. Whether the air is exhausted.


5. The heater has no temperature:

5.1 Check whether there is cold water circulation in the chiller and
whether there is an air source.

6. The tail sealing effect is not good:

6.1. Check whether the air pressure is sufficient;

6.2. Check whether the pipe diameter occupies the material during filling;

6.3. Manually check whether the cylinder solenoid valve is damaged

七、Machine maintenance and care


1. After production, wipe the materials on the machine and spray the
anti-rust agent.

2. After stopping the machine, open the chassis door and add engine oil
and high-temperature resistant butter to the friction contact parts such
as gears, bearings, movable rods, copper sleeves, cams, etc.

3. Disconnect the power supply and gas source.
