Reference is made to your letter, Ref. No. KIO/DG/21/31/06, dated February 12, 2025, in which
you submitted samples and technical documents and requested approval for the materials listed
below.
After a thorough evaluation and inspection of the submitted samples and technical documents,
we are pleased to inform you that the following materials have been deemed appropriate for use
in the project. Therefore, the Contractor may proceed with the subsequent activities without any
alterations. Please note that for conformity checks, the sample will be kept on-site.
