expectation regarding the school canteen. This research seeks to provide valuable insight for
educational institution to improve their food service ultimately enhancing the overall student
experience.

The satisfaction of the costumer plays an important note within a business. It is not
because it the leading indicate to measure the loyalty of the costumers. It is also help attract to
costumer in this competitive business environment therefor. Satisfaction is a perceive feeling of
disappointments that results in comparing the product perceived performance relation to the

satisfied.

last, the finding also revealed that there is significant different on the satisfaction between the
senior high school student and junior high school student. Hence, the school canteen manager
are encourage to improve their food being served to move satisfy the student
