external environment is recognized as a complex system, therefore, students will be
equipped with proper analytical perspectives and tools from Complexity Science to make

formulation, complex system and explain its behaviors using key properties of complex systems,
as well as designing business models using principles of Complexity Science, and their
applications in practice.
