Case Study:
Overview
With over 220 clients and 21M brokerage accounts¹, Apex Fintech Solutions is a
powerhouse in the realm of revolutionizing investing. While their overarching goals and
practices are based around financial technology and developing digital possibilities,
Apex is, by nature and name, a solution-based company, and they don’t limit their
improvement-centric approach to the financial sector. By opening themselves to all
kinds of educational, experiential, and augmentative opportunities, Apex is forging
ahead in their industry like no other.
The Challenge
Regardless of company or industry type, onboarding new employees often comes with
trials for both the workplace and the new hires. Navigating benefits is one of the
trickiest parts for many people, especially younger generations who may not have had
adequate financial education. From 401(K)s to dental insurance, onslaughts of new
hires may need a significant amount of help, leaving HR stretched too thin to get to
everyone in a timely manner.
The Opportunity
By offering Zogo as part of their benefits package, Apex is equipping their employees
with rewarding financial education that gives them a leg up both in the workplace and
their personal lives.

As Told by Anita Stoller, Apex HR Director
Democratizing Financial Literacy
“Anything to do with finances should run alongside something with
education. Zogo provides the perfect platform for any type of education
you want to offer alongside your product base.”
“The other [HR products] are not any fun. Zogo is a great example of how
much more advancement there is in the HR tool space that could be
leveraged more broadly.”
