Gross Examination : Received a specimen of Gall Bladder measuring 9.0 x 3.0 x 1.0 cm .

On Cut Section Mucosa Bile stained. Multiple pigmented stones identified.

Microscopy & Impression : Section from cholecystectomy specimen show features

of Chronic Cholecystitis with Cholelithiasis .

However, No Granulomatous pathology seen

No Neoplastic pathology seen
