– Conducted EDA on Airbnb listing data for Oakland to uncover insights. Analyzed metrics and plotted thematic maps using
GEOjson data; performed feature engineering with statistical modeling and NLP techniques.
– Evaluated regressors like Linear Regression, SVM, XGBoost Neural Networks for predicting listing prices. Achieved a 0.34 RMSE
an R² score of 0.705 with XGBoost after hyperparameter tuning using GridSearchCV with 3-fold cross-validation.
– Developed and deployed a Streamlit app on Hugging Face to showcase solutions and implement the price prediction feature.

– Developed an image captioning system utilizing transfer learning with a VGG16 model for feature extraction combined with an
LSTM-based architecture for sequence generation.
– Extracted and preprocessed features of the images from the Flickr8k dataset, tokenized and cleaned the captions, and trained the
model to generate accurate image descriptions.
