This tense form is used to describe some actions that happen regularly.
These can be our habits, repeated actions, scientific facts.

is a verb tense used to describe actions that are happening right now,
temporary situations, or actions that are planned for the near future. It is
formed using the verb "to be" in the present (am, is, are)
For example:
"She is reading a book." (action happening right now)
"I am studying for my exams." (temporary)
"We are meeting them tomorrow." (future plan)
