Prepare your child for success with our Annual Sports Coaching Camp, running from July
1st, 2024, to January 31st, 2025. With a focus on holistic development and fostering a
competitive edge, this program offers specialized coaching during hobby hours and after-
school sessions.

Note:- The non-sports related hobby circular will be uploaded shortly. You ward must
choose only one hobby from either the sports or non-sports category for the entire year.
Instructions for Annual Sports Coaching Camp 2024-25:
1. This facility is optional.
2. Professional coaches will conduct the coaching classes.
3. All trainees must wear proper sport clothes and footwear.
4. Enrollment is on a First Come First Serve basis. Limited registration seats available for
all sports.
5. Discipline and decorum must be maintained. Misbehaviour or negligence may result in
cancellation of registration.
6. Timings for Annual Sports Coaching Camp 2024-25:
a. Please be advised: If hobby/stay back classes are cancelled due to unforeseen
circumstances, it may not be possible to make up for them.
b. Hobby period on Tuesday (1:00 P.M to 2:05 P.M) for Class-I to III

7. Transport
a. Transportation for children who have paid annual transport fees for the school bus
facility will be provided with NO additional charges. Buses leave the school premises
at 3:45 pm. For further queries, please contact the transport department.
b. Students who commute by private transport are required to make their own transport
arrangements to reach home after coaching classes.

8. Registration process:
a. Kindly submit the filled-in attached application to the class teacher only.
b. Furnish the filled-in Hobby Club Declaration form on page 84 of the Almanac along
with the application form.
c. Please include the details of the chosen stay-back activity in the Hobby Club
declaration, along with the breakup of the respective fee for the different activities.
d. Payment is to be sent in cash to the Class Teacher in a neatly labelled and sealed
envelope stapled in the almanac.
e. No refunds once paid.

can also choose from the following activities:

• Only hobby classes
• Only stay-back
The mentioned fee is for the full academic year 2024-25
