Redzone accounts can be assigned to four user levels: Redzone Lead, Management, Supervisor, and Operator, each with varying access permissions. Redzone Leads have the highest access, including all areas and the @community channel, while Management users can view all areas. Supervisors and Operators have more restricted access based on their assigned Current Place, which can be changed at any time.

User Levels

User Levels
Accounts in Redzone can be assigned to various user levels, which can be used to manage
the content users are able to access in the main Redzone app. There are currently four
user levels in Redzone: Redzone Lead, Management, Supervisor, and Operator.

Redzone Lead
Users with the Redzone Lead role have access to view all areas and locations in the main
Redzone app. Redzone Lead users also have access to participate in the @community
channel, along with all permissions included in the Management user level.

Management
Users with the Management role have access to view all areas and locations in the main
Redzone app.

Supervisor
Users with the Supervisor role have access to view all locations within the area assigned as
their Current Place in the Redzone app, under their user profile.

A user's Current Place can be changed at any time.

Operator
Users with the Operator role have access to view the single location assigned as their
Current Place in the Redzone app, under their User Profile.

A user's Current Place can be changed at any time.
