Notes:

incidence of tuberculosis’.
• Pregnant women are not required to have an X-ray, unless a special report is required.
• You do not need to provide a chest X-ray certificate if you have provided one which was issued less than 36 months ago, with a previous
Immigration New Zealand application, unless your health has deteriorated since your previous certificate was issued, or unless you have spent
six consecutive months since your previous application, in a place not listed as having a low incidence of tuberculosis.
