First step of the application process requires you to register a profile on the system

After triggering the register link, a registration screen should pop up and the user should complete
it to receive login details into the system. After completing and submitting the screen, an email like
this will be sent containing a login password and username

User should use the username and password to login into the system. After logging into the
system, a menu like the one below should appear.
Navigate to

• Open Calls – this should give you access to all bursaries or grant funding open for applications
• Pending tasks – this should give you access to all the saved active processes on your profile (If you happen
to save an application and want to return later to complete it, this is where you’ll find it)
• Vuvuzela – Any misconduct or any fraudulent activities with regards to the funding process with any of the
employees or partners or NGOs, it can be reported by clicking on this link
Once the open calls button has been triggered, a screen like this should appear; please click the
one that is applicable to you

Once a particular call has been triggered, an individual registration screen needs to be completed
thereafter funding application form should appear. Please note that the application form will contain
prepopulated information from the registration form

Helpful tips:
On the registration form: if you complete your ID number and you are already in the Tshikululu database; some of your
information will prepopulate in the form.

Should you not complete your application in one go and would like to complete it another time,
save your progress and navigate to pending tasks as indicated below
Q&A
What happens after my application has been submitted?
Once the application has been submitted, the Tshikululu team will review, and if anything is required the application
will be sent back to you with Rework comments at the bottom of the screen with instructions of what is required for
amendment.

What happens if I need to edit my application after I have submitted?

Should you require to amend your application after it is submitted, you can send an email to the email address
outlined on the RFP to receive a link to access your application. If the Tshikululu team requires you to amend your
application, you will be contacted via email with a link to access your application – the link will enable you to make
amendments or re-upload documents and send back to Tshikululu.
