2. INSPECTION PREPARATION
Verify that the model, HP or KW, voltage, phase and hertz on the motor nameplate match the installation
requirements.
Verify that the power supply voltage, hertz, and phase capacity match motor requirements.
Check that the Blower lead assembly is not damaged.
Check that the electrical installation and controls meet all safety regulations and match the motor
requirements, including fuse or circuit breaker size and motor overload protection.
Blower installed as per drawing Layout / approved drawings.
Piping Installed properly - Pipe Fittings, Valves, and Pipe Supports etc.
Aero Tube Grid with Hose and Connector done.
Assemble all pipe joints as tightly as practical, to prevent unscrewing from motor torque.
Base frame Blower Properly Installed and Fabricated.
