ANNOUNCEMENT BULLETIN
CLASSES 6 TO 12
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
 School Canteen is closed till first week of January 2025
 Class 10 students will have Pre- Board –I from 7th January 2025. They can get their admit cards
collected from front desk of Kids Wing Punjabi Colony. The admit cards shall be given to parents only
 Dispersal announcements shall be done from 2:50 to 3:00 pm
 Dispersal time for teachers is 3:20 pm
UPCOMING EVENTS:
 SESSION ENDING EXAMINATION for classes 9th and 11th will take place in two phases. Phase –I will
consist of questions from 50% to 60% syllabus taught till half yearly.
 Internal Assessment marks for all the exams are to be submitted to class teachers and in turn they
have to start feeding the same on Entab.
 PB-II of class 12th is being outsourced the class teachers are requested to submit the names list with
subject and amount for the same.
 All lab in charges must prepare and arrange their respective labs and inform the same to Manish Sir
 GTM 2024 is going to be organized on 28th and 29th of December in Bhopal. It is expected from all
teachers to attend the same and secure a 15 hour training certificate.
 Teachers must guide the children through revision plans which include PYQs and SQPs
 PTM for class 12 Pre Board –I is to be organized and evidences against short attendance are to be
collected along with signature on undertaking by the parents. The students are to be provided with
mark sheet containing performance report throughout the session.
 Question papers for IT and Hindi are to be sent for PB-I by 31st December 2024
 Continuous reminders for CBA-II in classes 6 to 9 and Pre Board -1 in class 10 are to be given by the
class teachers.
 Admit cards for CBA –II shall be distributed by the class teachers
NOTICES:
 Teachers must submit the revision plans through daily plan registers. LPs are to be mailed before
beginning the new chapter
 Students must be reminded for attendance and healthy study habits.
 Leave rules shall be applicable for all staff members during CBA-II and Pre Board exams.
 No leaves shall be sanctioned in the month of December
 Winter breaks are announced from 31st December 2024 to January 4, 2025
CBSE CIRCULARS:
 In order to select participants who will be featured in the Pariksha Pe Charcha, an online Multiple-
Choice Question (MCQ) competition is being conducted at https://innovateindia1.mygov.in from 14th
December, 2024 to 14th January 2025 for children studying in classes from 6 to 12, teachers and
parents.. All the participants will receive a participation Certificate, video related to same is also being
shared
 Importance of Veer Baal Diwas should be told to children in morning assembly by the assembly in
charges and movie watching time is to be organized for the students of classes 1 to 8
 CBSE has released the practical exam guidelines for board examination 2025.
