1. Can you tell me a little bit about yourself?


A good answer contains short info about you as a person, why you want this job,
a summary of your professional and professional background that leads you to
where you are today and what you can contribute. This is an introduction to the
rest of the interview. A good answer is always aimed at the position you are
being interviewed for.

2. Why did you apply for this specific job and why did you choose
our company?
Here you must be able to clearly explain the motivation for the work tasks, the
position, the company and the industry.

3. What are your contributions to this job in relation to your


education, experience and qualities?
Here you must be able to explain how you can contribute to solving the work
tasks, how you can contribute to the team and the company. It is important to
refer to professional and professional competence, personal qualities and ways of
working, as well as motivation and interest. Should be substantiated with
examples.

4. What are your strengths that will be of importance in this job?


Here you must refer to personal qualities, skills, special competence, motivation
or interest. It is very important that it is linked to the role / position you are
applying for. Your answer should be substantiated with examples.

5. What can be your challenges in this particular job?


A good answer:
Be open about your weaknesses. This shows that you are able to reflect about
your positive and negative traits and that you are aware of that there is room for
developmental potential.
Describe a situation where your weaknesses emerged. This shows that you have
an expanded understanding of your weaknesses, and that you are able to see
situations that can trigger your weaknesses.

Describe the "turn operation". Give an example of a situation where you
managed to turn your weaknesses around. By doing this, you show that you can
work independently and that you do not need to be "taken care of" because of
your weaknesses.

6. Why should we hire you?


Here you should briefly summarize what you can contribute in terms of
competence, personal qualities and ways of working, as well as why you are
motivated for the job and the company.

7. Do you have any questions?


Be sure to have prepared two questions about the position and / or the company.
