1 Convert the data on the Data sheet to a Table 1


2 Format all the dates in columns DOB column to have the format as "17-May-1972" 1
3 Format the column Salary to have the format as "$ 33,056.00" 1
4 Add a new column in the Data sheet called Bonus. Then, using a suitable function, calculate 2
bonus of 2000, only for employees who have Rating of 4 and above.

5 Highlight Job Rating column to display as "3 flags" icons. (red is low and green is high). 2
6 Highlight the column Employee Name to green colour, where Department is Finance. 3
7 Add a new column in the Data sheet called Age. Then, using a suitable function, calculate the 2
age of each employee based on only the of employee's year of birth from the DOB. Format this
new column as a number.

8 Add a new column in the Data sheet called HRA. Then, using a suitable function, calculate the 2
Rent Allowance for each employee based on the Salary Group the employee belongs to. Please
refer to the "Salary-wise Allowance Chart" matrix on the Other Data sheet.

9 Change the format of the newly added column HRA, to Number format with 2 decimal places. 1

whose Status is Hourly and Department is Production.

15 In cell "G3" on the Data sheet, use a suitable function to calculate the lowest Salary for 2
employees where Department is Administrative.

16 Sort the data on Data sheet on 2 columns… Department (A-Z) and then Salary (Largest- 2
Smallest)
17 Filter the data on Data sheet to show only employees with Status as Full Time and State is New 1
York.
