It is a matter of joy for me that PLL and Mata Chakeri Devi Foundation has invited
me to this program. We are here to distribute these sewing machines. Today, we’ll
only distribute to 10 people here, but in the upcoming days, a total number of 2000
sewing machines will be distributed.

PM’s Vow of Empowering Women

Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji has placed immense emphasis on women empowerment,
recognising the vital role women play in shaping the Growth of our nation.
◦ Beti Bachao - Beti Padhao: Improved sex ratio, better health care
provided to women, more educational opportunities
◦ PM Ujjawala Yojana: Total 9.6 Crore LPG gas connections across india
have been given under ujjawal yojana. Women have been freed from the smoke of wood
burning. In Delhi, 1 Lakh 42 Thousand 164 connections have been provided.
◦ PMAY: Under PMAY Urban, almost 1 crore 20 lakh houses have beens
sanctioned, 1 crore 10 lakh houses have been grounded for construction and almost
74 lakh houses have been completed. 90% of these houses are registered under a
women’s name. Recently, 3024 families like you were given keys to their new houses
by PM himself, that too in Kalka ji.

Prime Minister Modi has also prioritised women's participation in decision-making

processes. Women representation in government bodies, parliament, and local
governance has seen a significant increase. The "Women Self Help Groups" have been
promoted to foster women's leadership, entrepreneurship, and financial inclusion at
the grassroots level. Today, India’s women are advancing at such a pace that even
the President of India and Finance Minister of India are women. They are leading
the nation with a great example.
Through these comprehensive initiatives, Prime Minister Modi has demonstrated his
commitment to empowering women and ensuring their rightful place in society. The
government's efforts have not only uplifted individual lives but have also
contributed to the overall development and progress of our nation. With increased
access to education, financial resources, and support systems, women are now
breaking barriers and making their mark in various fields.

Making India Self Reliant

Under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the government has
prioritised self-employment and skill development as crucial components of its
governance agenda. Over the years, the government's initiatives in this domain have
transformed countless lives, empowering individuals with the necessary skills and
resources to become self-reliant and contribute to the nation's progress.
◦ PM Kaushal Vikas Yojana: Under this scheme a total number of 1.42 Crore
candidates have been enrolled and 1.37 Crore have completed their training.
 ◦ Stand Up India: This scheme is especially for Women and SC/ST brothers
and sisters who wants to get some financial support for their entrepreneurial
skills. You’ll be glad to know that more than 1.86 lakh application for loans worth
Rs. 41 Thousand crore have been approved so far.
◦ PM SVANIDHI: More than 45 Lakh loans have already been approved under
this scheme worth Rs. 57 Thousand Cr
◦ DAY-NULM: Under Deendayal Antyoday Yojana, more than 28 lakh street
vendors have been given ID cards and more 14 lakh people have been Trained.
◦ PM Mudra Yojana:

The BJP government's efforts in self-employment and skill development have yielded
commendable results. Millions of individuals have been trained under PMKVY,
enabling them to secure gainful employment and contribute to the nation's growth.
The entrepreneurial ecosystem has been strengthened, leading to the emergence of
numerous successful startups and enterprises. Through these initiatives, the
government has not only addressed unemployment but has also fostered a culture of
innovation and self-reliance among the youth.

Economic Growth for Marginal Section.

India's economic growth after 2014, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra
Modi a has been nothing short of remarkable. The government's policies and
initiatives have revitalised the economy, accelerated development and impacted the
backward and marginal section of India.
◦ More and more companies are investing and producing in India through
Make in India. More employment opportunities are being created.
◦ Benefits and subsidies of various schemes are being transferred
directly to the account of Beneficiaries.
◦ Modi ji promised that he will provide employment to 10 Lakh people
under Central Govt. It is a matter of pride that 3.5 lakh people have already been
employed. The rest will be appointed before December 2024.
◦ India recently became world’s 5th largest economy leaving behind UK.

9 Years of BJP

leadership of Modi ji, we all have given our best to serve you and the nation. I’m

◦ 11.7 Crore household toilets built under Swatch Bharat Abhiyan
◦ More than 220 Crore Vaccines administered. Most of which were free.
◦ Insurance cover of 44.6 Crore people under PM Suraksha Beema and PM
Jeevan Jyoti Yojana
◦ Now more than 60 crore Indians can avail for upto 5 Lakh Rs. for health
related issues under Ayushman Bharat Yojana
◦ 2.2 Lakh crore Rs. have been distributed to over 11 crore farmers under
PM Kisan Samman Nidhi.
◦ Free Ration has been distributed to more than 80 crore Indians since
2020.
Modi ji’s hearth beats for Gareeb and Kisaan. It is his ‘Tapasya’ which has secured
India during the Covid period.

Conclusion
