Article 1. General Provisions
The Penal Code is a set of legislation relating to crimes and infractions of the
state.
1.1 The general purpose of the Penal Code is as follows.
- Outline and determine misconduct that may cause harm to citizens of
the state or public interest.
- Outlines sentencing guidelines in relation to breaches of the Penal Code
- Outlines the Penal Code and accompanying breaches.
- Outlines minor and major offenses.
- Outlines the provision of the impact of the offense.
- Outlines the provisions to ensure public safety.

1.2 Criminal liability ensures that a crime must be proven without a


reasonable doubt in coalition with Article 2. Concepts and definitions,
section 5 of the Code of Procedures for the State of San Andreas.

1.3 The Penal Code outlines the following categories of felonies.


- Class E felony, fifteen (15) months imprisonment.
- Class D felony, thirty (30) months imprisonment.
- Class C felony, forty-five (45) months imprisonment.
- Class B felony, sixty (60) months imprisonment.
- Class A felony, seventy-five (75) months imprisonment. Without the
possibility of bail.

1.4 The Penal Code outlines the following categories of infractions.


- Class C infraction, a small infraction of entails a monetary penalty
and/or revocation of driving license.
- Class B infraction, infractions of entails a monetary penalty and/or
revocation of multiple licenses. Three (3) or more repeated violations of
a Class B infraction is punishable by up to and including a Class D felony
sentence.
- Class A infraction, infraction of entails a monetary penalty and
revocation of multiple licenses. Three (3) or more repeated violations of
a Class A infraction is punishable by up to and including a Class C felony
sentence.
- Unclassified Infractions, infractions of a separate category, containing a
Unique charge in the procedural measures.

1.4.1 The parole time for an infraction is seven (7) days. This means if a
citizen commits an infraction within seven (7) days of their previous
infraction, their parole is subject to change to a felony in accordance
with Article 1.4.

1.5 A Law enforcement officer may apply exemption of criminal liability to a


citizen for the first act of a Class E felony, by substituting imprisonment
which entails a monetary penalty of no less than ten-thousand dollars
($10.000).

1.6 The joined participation of two (2) or more citizens in relation to a Penal
violation may be seen as complicity if the evidence supports the
suspicion of the officer.

1.6.1 Charges may be subject to a fifty (50) percent reduction at the discretion
of a Law Enforcement Officer subject to the evidence.
Exception: An order from the department of justice. (Example: Warrant for arrest or
a verdict of the court during a trial).

1.7 Exceptions to criminal liability.


- Self defense as outlined in the legislative piece of Gun laws.
- Unintentional or Accidental acts. (May be charged with manslaughter).

1.8 The Penal Code outlines nine (9) punishments, which may be applied,
individually or in combination.
- Demotion
- Dismissal
- Inability to hold influential positions
- Prohibition of access
- Confiscation of property and/or licenses
- Detention, arrest, and imprisonment
- Prohibition of bail
- Restraining orders.
- Monetary Penalty.

1.9 According to their judgment, the Department of Justice or a law


enforcement official with the Department of Justice's authorization may
reduce a sentence in exchange for a confession or cooperation.

Article 2. Crimes against society
2.1 Possession of cocaine
2.1.1 Possession of cocaine in small quantities.
Possessing cocaine in quantities no more than four (4) units.
Confiscation and entails a monetary penalty of twenty thousand
dollars ($20,000).
2.1.2 Possession of cocaine in moderate quantities
Possessing cocaine in quantities between five (5) to eight (8) units.
Confiscation and entails a monetary penalty of thirty thousand
dollars ($30.000)
2.1.3 Possession of cocaine with intent to supply
Possessing cocaine in quantities larger than eight (8) units.
Categorized as a Class D felony, confiscation and entails a
monetary penalty of fifteen thousand dollars ($15.000)

2.2 Possession of cannabis


2.2.1 Possession of cannabis in small quantities
Possessing cannabis in quantities no more than ten (10) units.
Confiscation and entails a monetary penalty of twenty thousand
dollars ($20.000)
2.2.2 Possession of cannabis in moderate quantities
Possessing cannabis in quantities eleven (11) or more units.
Confiscation and entails a monetary penalty of thirty thousand
dollars ($30.000)
2.2.3 Possession of cannabis with intent to supply
Selling or attempting to sell cannabis of any amount.
Categorized as a Class D felony, confiscation, and entails a
monetary penalty of fifteen thousand dollars ($15.000)

2.2.4 Cultivation of cannabis
2.2.4.1 Cultivation of cannabis in small quantities
Cultivating cannabis quantities of five (5) or less.
Categorized as a Class E felony, confiscation, entails a
monetary penalty of twenty thousand dollars ($20.000)
2.2.4.2 Cultivation of cannabis in large quantities
Permitting the cultivation of cannabis on your property in
quantities of five (5) or more plants
Categorized as a Class C felony, confiscation, entails a
monetary penalty of twenty thousand dollars ($30.000)

2.3 Usage of illicit substances in public


consuming cocaine or cannabis in a public forum.
Confiscation and monetary penalty of ten thousand dollars ($10.000)

2.4 Prohibited items, defined as follows.


- All firearm without a serial number
- State issued weapons or melees
- Ballistic vest with state markings
- Ballistic vest of any kind except Grey, Hype or “Skinned” Grey vests
- Spare weapons parts
- State issued facial covering
- Vehicle scanners
- USB drives containing malicious software
- Engine blockers
- Search Base Hack
- Lockpick or key sets
- Fake documentation
- Alcohol (only in accordance with 2.4.3)
- State issued articles and licenses (only in accordance with 2.4.3)
- Medical supplies (only in accordance with 2.4.3)
- Anti-radar equipment
- Counterfeit cash
- People scanners (Exception: Debt Collectors carrying out their work)
- Ingredients for cocaine
- Stolen goods (TVs, Furniture, Box of things)
Note: Engine blockers may be utilized by law enforcement agencies and their
employees, during their official duties, so long as it can be performed safely.

2.4.1 Possession of prohibited items in small quantities
Possessing any prohibited items, as mentioned in Penal Code article 2.4, in
quantities of no more than three (3) units.
Categorized as a class A infraction, confiscation and entails a monetary
penalty of fifteen thousand dollars ($15.000).

2.4.2 Possession of prohibited items in large quantities


Possessing any prohibited items, as mentioned in Penal Code
article 2.4, in quantities of more than three (3) units
Categorized as a Class D felony, confiscation and entails a monetary
penalty of fifteen thousand dollars ($15.000).

2.4.3 Sale of a prohibited item


Sale of any prohibited item(s), as described in Penal Code article
2.4, either privately or through street market shops.
Categorized as a Class C felony, confiscation and entails a monetary
penalty of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25.000).

2.5 Weapon Violations


Violations in relation to the Firearm Laws are as follows:
2.5.1 Carrying without a license
Carrying any weapons without the proper licenses.
Categorized as a Class A infraction, confiscation, and entails a
monetary penalty of twenty thousand dollars ($20.000).
2.5.2 Overcarrying
Being in breach of the carrying limit as described in the Firearms
law.
Categorized as a Class D felony, confiscation, and entails a
monetary penalty of twenty thousand dollars ($20.000).
2.5.3 Open Carrying
Intentionally publicly displaying any object of which is commonly
used to inflict bodily harm on a person.
Categorized as a Class D felony, confiscation, revocation of gun
license and entails a monetary penalty of ten thousand dollars
($10.000).

2.5.4 Possession of any prohibited weapon
Being in possession of one (1) weapon of a prohibited origin, as
mentioned in Penal Code article 2.4.
Categorized as a Class A infraction, confiscation, and entails a
monetary penalty of twenty thousand dollars ($20.000).
2.5.5 Possession of multiple prohibited weapons
Being in possession of more than one (1) weapon of prohibited
Origin, as mentioned in Penal Code article 2.4.
Categorized as a Class C felony, confiscation, and entails a
monetary penalty of twenty thousand dollars ($20.000).
2.5.6 Brandishing of a weapon
Intentionally publicly displaying or usage of any weaponry, with
the intent to scare and/or threaten.
Categorized as a Class C felony, confiscation, revocation of gun
license and entails a monetary penalty of twenty-five thousand
dollars ($25.000).
2.5.7 Possession of state issued articles
Being in possession of state issued weaponry or otherwise unique
equipment only available to state employees.
Categorized as a Class C felony, confiscation, and entails a
monetary penalty of twenty thousand dollars ($20.000).
2.5.8 Discharging a weapon in a public place
The act of firing a weapon in a public place for an unwarranted reason
or a place not meant for firing weapons. (Example: A shooting range).
Categorized as a Class E felony, confiscation and entails a
monetary penalty of ten thousand dollars ($10.000).
2.5.9 Distribution of weapons, ammunition or state-issued articles
Distribution of weapons and ammunition outside of licensed,
state-authorized businesses (Ammunation stores) or distribution of any
state issued article, either gifted, exchanged, purchased or sold.
Categorized as a Class A felony, confiscation of items and weapons
licenses and entails a monetary penalty of fifty thousand dollars
($50.000).
Note: Contractual agreements authorized by the court are exempt
but distributors must be able to provide evidence of their contract.
Law Enforcement Officers are also exempt whilst on duty.

2.6 Bodily harm or causing death
2.6.1 Non-lethal battery
Intentional infliction of non-lethal bodily harm without usage of objects
where bullets, shells, or other missiles are propelled by explosive force.
Categorized as a Class E felony and entails a monetary penalty of
ten thousand dollars ($10.000).
2.6.2 Manslaughter
Unintentionally killing another citizen.
Categorized as a Class C felony and entails a monetary penalty of
fifteen thousand dollars ($15.000).
2.6.3 Assault by threat
Verbal assault where a likelihood of the threat’s execution is present.
Categorized as a Class D felony and entails a monetary penalty of
ten thousand dollars ($10.000).
2.6.4 Attempted Murder
Attempted murder, directly or indirectly, towards a citizen of the state.
Categorized as a Class B felony, entails a monetary penalty of
twenty thousand dollars ($20.000) and holds no right to bail.
2.6.5 Murder through hostile action
Intentionally killing another citizen, without prior planning.
Categorized as a Class A felony, entails a monetary penalty of
thirty thousand dollars ($30.000) and holds no right to bail.
2.6.6 Rape and/or Sexual Assault
Committing sexual assault through sexual intercourse or
penetration against the person’s will.
Categorized as a Class A felony and entails a monetary penalty of
fifty thousand dollars ($50.000)

2.7 Neglect
2.7.1 Failure to act
Abandonment of a citizen whose life is in danger and who cannot
take measures to combat the life-threatening condition themselves.
Categorized as a Class E felony and entails a monetary penalty of
ten thousand dollars ($10.000).
2.7.2 Refusal of duty to act
Refusing to act in the best interest of the general public by a civil
servant.
Categorized as a Class C felony, a monetary penalty of sixty
thousand dollars ($60,000) and dismissal of their position.
2.7.3 Failure to act by a civil servant
Abandonment of a citizen whose life is in danger and who cannot take
measures to combat the life-threatening condition themselves, by a civil
servant.
Categorized as a Class C felony and dismissal of their position.
2.7.4 Abandonment of a civilian by a civil servant
The act of leaving a person of which you were otherwise in
charge of, on their own in a state where they cannot look after
themselves or are vulnerable.
Categorized as a Class B felony and dismissal of their position.

2.8 Violations of freedom
2.8.1 Abduction
The action of taking someone away by force or deception.
Categorized as a Class B felony, holds no right to bail and entails a
monetary penalty of twenty thousand dollars ($20.000).
2.8.2 Kidnapping
The action of abducting someone and holding them captive.
Categorized as a Class B felony, holds no right to bail and entails a
monetary penalty of twenty five thousand dollars ($25.000).
2.8.3 Taking a hostage
Holding a person as security for the fulfillment of a condition.
Categorized as a Class B felony, holds no right to bail and entails a
monetary penalty of thirty thousand dollars ($30.000).
2.8.4 Human trafficking
The organized facilitation of any type of labor or commercial sex act,
through the use of force, fraud, or coercion.
Categorized as a Class B felony, holds no right to bail and entails a
monetary penalty of fifty thousand dollars ($50.000).
2.8.5 Violation of privacy
Breaching, infringing, or violating the confidentiality or the right to
privacy.
Categorized as a Class D felony and entails a monetary penalty of
twenty thousand dollars ($20.000).
2.8.6 Unlawful detention
The detention of a citizen by a civil servant where the reasoning for it
was either unwarranted or unclear.
Categorized as a Class C felony and entails a monetary penalty of
twenty thousand dollars ($20.000).

2.9 Harassment and disorderly conduct
Harassment is defined as: “The act of repeatedly behaving in a way that makes
a person feel scared, distressed or threatened”.
2.9.1 Street harassment
Rude, derogatory, or unwelcome comments, whistles, or any other
unwelcomed form of sexual verbal interaction.
Categorized as a Class D felony and entails a monetary penalty of
ten thousand dollars ($10.000).
2.9.2 Sexual harassment
Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other
verbal or physical harassment of a sexual nature.
Categorized as a Class A felony and entails a monetary penalty of
one hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($150.000)
2.9.3 Stalking
Willfully and repeatedly following or harassing another person in
circumstances that would cause a reasonable person to fear injury or
death.
Categorized as a Class B felony, holds no right to bail and entails a
monetary penalty of thirty-five thousand dollars ($35.000)
2.9.4 Hooliganism
Causing tumultuous disturbance of the public peace.
Categorized as a Class C felony and entails a monetary penalty of
twenty thousand dollars ($20.000)
2.9.5 Rioting or inciting a riot
Causing or encouraging tumultuous disturbance of the public peace by
three or more persons assembled together and acting with a common
intent.
Categorized as a Class C felony and entails a monetary penalty of
thirtyfive thousand dollars ($35.000)
2.9.6 Spreading of disease
The intentional direct transfer of bacteria, viruses, or other germs
from one person to another.
Categorized as a Class A infraction and entails a monetary penalty
of ten thousand dollars ($10.000)

2.9.7 Indecent exposure
Intentional exposure of part of one's body in a place where such
exposure is likely to be an offense against the generally accepted
standards of decency.
Categorized as a Class D felony and entails a monetary penalty of
twenty thousand dollars ($20.000).
2.9.8 Provoking
To induce someone to act or react as a direct result of one's deliberate
acts to annoy or harass.
Categorized as a Class D felony and entails a monetary penalty of
ten thousand dollars ($10.000).
2.9.9 Engaging in prostitution
Engaging, agreeing, or offering to engage in sexual conduct with
another person in return for a fee.
Categorized as a Class B infraction, entails a monetary penalty
of five thousand dollars ($5.000).
2.9.10 Defamation of character
The action of damaging the good reputation of someone; slander or
libel.
Categorized as a Class C felony and entails a monetary penalty of
fifty thousand dollars ($50.000).
Note: This charge can only be applied as a verdict in court or by
means of a warrant from a judiciary member of the court as there
would need to be significant evidence to prove a person’s character has
been damaged as a result of slander or libel.
2.9.11 Harassment of a public servant
The constant harassment of a public servant undertaking their
legal duties in a way that offends them, distracts them or disturbs
the peace after they have asked for the behavior to stop.
Categorized as a Class C felony and entails a monetary penalty of
thirty thousand dollars ($30.000).
Note: If the person is interfering with the course of justice or
obstructing lawful activity, please refer to Penal Codes 3.2 and 3.5.

2.10 Robbery and Fraud
2.10.1 Document forgery
Creating a document to give the appearance of legal significance
to a fact that is untrue.
Categorized as a Class C felony, confiscation, and entails a
monetary penalty of fifteen thousand dollars ($15.000).
2.10.2 Looting of an Automated Teller Machine (ATM)
Unlawful taking of money from an Automated Teller Machine
where no parties involved suffered bodily harm of any significance.
Categorized as a Class E felony, confiscation, and entails a
monetary penalty of eight thousand dollars ($8.000).
2.10.3 Theft of property
Taking property belonging to another without consent, through means
which does not cause bodily harm.
Categorized as a Class C felony and entails a monetary penalty of
twenty thousand dollars ($20.000).
2.10.4 Fraud
Fraud is a deliberate act with the intention of obtaining an
unauthorized benefit, either for oneself or for the institution, by using
deception or false suggestions or suppression of truth or other
unethical means.
Categorized as a Class C felony and entails a monetary penalty of
twenty thousand dollars ($20.000).
2.10.5 Grand Theft Auto
Commandeering another person’s vehicle, without permission and with
the intent to permanently or significantly deprive the owner of it.
Categorized as a Class C felony and entails a monetary penalty of
thirty thousand dollars ($30.000).
2.10.6 Robbery
Taking property unlawfully from a person or place by force or threat.
Categorized as a Class B, holds no right to bail felony and entails a
monetary penalty of thirty-five thousand dollars ($35.000).
2.10.7 False advertisement
Publicly distributing an advertisement that contains an untrue,
misleading, or deceptive representation or statement.
Categorized as a Class A infraction and entails a monetary penalty
of ten thousand dollars ($10.000)

2.11 Driving and vehicular related felonies
Traffic code violations which entail a felony charge.
2.11.1 Reckless Driving
Operating any vehicle while negligently or knowingly disregarding the
safety of others, the Traffic Code or both.
Categorized as a Class D felony and entails a monetary penalty of
twenty thousand dollars ($20.000).
2.11.2 Causing injury by dangerous driving
Driving a motor vehicle in a manner that falls far below that expected
of a competent and careful driver, causing injury to any person
involved.
Categorized as a Class C felony and entails a monetary penalty of
twenty thousand dollars ($20.000).
2.11.3 Causing death by dangerous driving
Driving a motor vehicle in a manner that falls far below that expected
of a competent and careful driver, resulting in death of any person
involved.
Categorized as a Class B felony, holds no right to bail and entails a
monetary penalty of thirty thousand dollars ($30.000).
2.11.4 Failure to yield to an emergency service vehicle
The act of not moving or remaining out of the course of an oncoming
emergency service vehicle in accordance with Traffic Code 4.5.
Categorized as a Class E felony and entails a monetary penalty of
ten thousand dollars ($10.000).
2.12 Animal Cruelty (Bruno’s Law)
2.12.1 Animal abuse causing minor harm
Intentionally inflicting minor harm to a domesticated animal.
Categorized as a Class D felony and entails a monetary penalty of
twenty thousand dollars ($20.000).
2.12.2 Animal abuse causing major harm
Intentionally inflicting minor harm to a domesticated animal.
Categorized as a Class C felony and entails a monetary penalty of
thirty thousand dollars ($30.000).
2.12.3 Animal abuse resulting in death
Intentionally inflicting harm upon a domesticated animal, of which
results in death.
Categorized as a Class B felony, holds no right to bail and entails a
monetary penalty of thirty thousand dollars ($30.000).

2.13 Miscellaneous and petty crimes
2.13.1 Attempted Suicide
Attempting to end one’s life.
Categorized as a Class E felony, entails a monetary penalty of
twenty thousand dollars ($20.000) and the suspect shall be subject
to a mental health screening from the Emergency Medical
Services.
2.13.2 Conspiracy to commit a crime
The action of plotting or conspiring to commit a crime
Categorized as a Class D felony and entails a monetary penalty of
twenty thousand dollars ($20.000).
2.13.3 Vandalism
Destruction of property and/or personal belongings not belonging to
the person committing the destruction.
Categorized as a Class C felony and entails a monetary penalty of
thirty thousand dollars ($30.000).
Note: The convicted vandal may also be ordered to pay reparations to
the victim of the crime in a court of law.
2.13.4 Illegal fishing
Fishing in protected areas. One such area is the pond in Mirror Park.
Categorized as a Class B infraction and entails a monetary penalty
of ten thousand dollars ($10.000).
2.13.5 Breach of Contract
Breaching the terms of a signed contractual agreement.
Categorized as a Class C felony and entails a monetary penalty of
the agreed sum detailed in said contract.
Note: If the monetary penalty described in the contract for breaching
the terms of contract can be paid in full, criminal charges will be
dropped and instead it will be listed as a Class A Infraction.
2.13.6 Entrapment
The action of tricking someone into committing a crime in order to
secure their prosecution by a public servant.
Categorized as a Class B Felony with a monetary penalty of an
amount determined by the court not to exceed $100,000 and
dismissal from their position.
Note: This charge can only be applied as a verdict in court or by
means of a warrant from a judiciary member of the court.

Article 3. Crimes against the state
3.1 Terrorism and criminal groups
3.1.1 Participation in terrorism
The unlawful use of violence and intimidation in the pursuit of political
aims.
Categorized as a Class A felony and entails a monetary penalty of
fifty thousand dollars ($50.000).
3.1.2 Organization of terrorism
Recruiting people with the intent of conjoined making a political
movement that uses terror as a weapon to achieve its goals.
Categorized as a Class A felony and entails a monetary penalty of
seventy-five thousand dollars ($75.000).
3.1.3 Leading a terrorist organization
Being guidance or leadership in an organization, of which carries a
political movement through the use of terror.
Categorized as a Class A felony and entails a monetary penalty of
one hundred thousand dollars ($100.000).
3.1.4 Committing a terrorist act
The unlawful use of violence and intimidation in the pursuit of political
aims.
Categorized as a Class A felony and entails a monetary penalty of
fifty thousand dollars ($50.000).
3.1.5 Creation of a stable armed group
Creating/developing or participating in the development of a
community, with the purpose or intent of committing criminal activity.
Categorized as a Class B felony, holds no right to bail and entails a
monetary penalty of thirty-five thousand dollars ($35.000).
3.1.6 Banditry
Committing organized crime, involving the usage of threat of violence.
Categorized as a Class B felony, holds no right to bail and entails a
monetary penalty of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25.000).

3.2 Obstruction of Justice


Willfully interfering with the process of justice and law.
Categorized as a Class C felony and entails a monetary penalty of
thirty-five thousand dollars ($35.000).

3.3 Attempted seizure of power
Attempting illegal seizing of power by a political faction, rebel group, military,
or a dictator.
Categorized as a Class A felony and entails a monetary penalty of
seventy five thousand dollars ($75.000).

3.4 Trespassing
3.4.1 Trespassing on private property
Entering and/or loitering unlawfully upon the land of another person.
Categorized as a Class D felony and entails a monetary penalty of
twenty thousand dollars ($20.000)
3.4.2 Trespassing in a state facility
Entering and/or loitering unlawfully upon a state facility behind
lockable gates or doors of a State Facility or guarded area intended
only for employees of State Organizations.
Categorized as a Class C felony and entails a monetary penalty of
thirty thousand dollars ($30.000)
3.4.3 Breaking and entering
Forcing or otherwise gaining unlawful passage into and entering
another's building.
Categorized as a Class B felony and entails a monetary penalty of
thirty five thousand dollars ($35.000)

3.5 Failure to comply


Intentionally refusing to cooperate and/or comply upon the lawful request of
any state employee.
Categorized as a Class B felony and entails a monetary penalty of
thirty five thousand dollars ($35.000).

3.6 Failure to identify


Intentionally refusing to provide any means of state issued identification upon
the lawful request of a state employee.
Categorized as a Class D felony and entails a monetary penalty of ten
thousand dollars ($10.000).

3.7 Illegal Gambling

The unauthorized appropriation of powers given to a law enforcement
officer, by the state.
Categorized as a Class C felony and entails a monetary penalty of

3.9 Laws for elections


A set of laws specifically for any party candidate or party member that is
participating in an upcoming election for the position of Governor of San
Andreas.
3.9.1 Breach of electoral silence
Any form of campaigning during active voting times by party members
of a political party taking part in current voting.
Categorized as a Class C felony and entails a monetary penalty of
Twenty five thousand dollars ($25.000).
3.9.2 Breach of electoral silence at the voting booth
Any form of campaigning within five-hundred (500) meters of the

Murder or Attempted murder, directly or indirectly, of state or federal
employed personnel.
Categorized as a Class A felony, and entails a monetary penalty of

3.12 False reporting


Alerting the authorities, knowing that the details of the incident are incorrect
or the incident itself did not occur, or alerting those otherwise considered
irrelevant to the official duties of the law enforcing branch.

Behavior within a workplace that creates or supports an environment

3.17 Going Absent Without Leave
Absent without authority from one's place of duty in the armed forces.

To induce someone to act or react as a direct result of one's deliberate acts to
annoy or harass, to an employee of the state.

Repeated and willful attempts to defeat or evade any tax imposed by the State.

To deliberately destroy and/or damage weaponry, ammunition, goods, or items
of state property, to hinder or halt any operation initiated by the state.

4.4 Espionage
The crime of spying or secretly watching a person, company, government, etc.
for the purpose of gathering secret information or detecting wrongdoing, and
to transfer such information to another organization or state.
Categorized as a Class A felony and entails a monetary penalty of
seventy five thousand dollars ($75.000).

4.5 Conduct unbecoming


The conduct on the part of a state employee that is contrary to the public
interests, and/or which harms their standing of the profession in the eyes of
the public.

4.6 Corruption
Conducting themselves in a dishonest and/or fraudulent behavior, by those
residing in power given by the state.

5.1 Disobeying a judicial order
To refuse and/or fail to follow a lawful order given by the
Governor, Attorney General and/or the judiciary members of the
chambers.

5.2 Disruption of a trial


Interfering with the orderly administration of justice, impairing the
authority or dignity of the court and/or disrupts the legal process in the
courtroom.

monetary penalty of twenty thousand dollars ($20.000).

5.3 Dishonoring a judiciary member


Dishonoring the position of a judicial officer during the performance,
and/or in relation to previous performance of their official capacity.
Categorized as a Class B felony, holds no right to bail and entails a
monetary penalty of twenty thousand dollars ($20.000).

5.4 Contempt of court


Disobeying a judiciary member of chambers, and/or found otherwise
disobedient to an order of the court.
Categorized as a Class B felony, holds no right to bail and entails a
monetary penalty of twenty thousand dollars ($20.000).

5.5 Ill-use of a judiciary permit


Any misconduct through the usage of a Judicial permit issued by the
Department of Justice, contrary to the legislative guidance as established by
law.
