ASSIGNMENT-III

1) For each of the following degree sequence, find if there exists a graph. In each case,
either draw a graph or explain why no graph exists. [U][CO3]
(a) 4, 4, 4, 3, 2
(b) 5, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
(c) 3, 3, 3, 3, 2
(d) 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3
(e) 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 1

2) Draw the graph with 5 vertices A , B , C , D , E such that degA  3, B is an

odd vertex , degC  2 and D and E are adjacent. [U][CO3]

3) Determine which of the following graphs are bipartite and which are not. If a graph is
bipartite, state if it is completely bipartite. [AP][CO3]

4) Find the Euler path or an Euler circuit, if it exists in the below graph. If does not
exists, explain why? [AP][CO3]
