PR script

Hello sir/madam

I am [name] calling from AIIMS BBSR. I am a member of students union/ 3rd year medical
student and we are organising our annual socio cultural fest from 19 feb - 23 feb. I noticed
that you took part in chiasma and we hope you had a great experience. This year also we
will be having the [ events they took part in last year/ cultural, literary and sports events ]
along with some latest editions like rap battle and many more attractions that has been
mentioned in the brochure. Do you have the brochure or may I share it with you ? [ if they
have it just say then you can see all the events and activities that we will be organising this
year if they don’t have the brochure ask for their WhatsApp number and share the brochure]

As you can see/ as you may have gone through the brochure I would also like the mention
that our early bird registrations are currently ongoing and you can get access to all the
events competitions and pronite events at just 459 if you register right now.

At the end of conversation “ we hope that you will be joining us this year as well and have a
great time with us, thank you”

Points to note
1.​ Ask them about the campus ambassador of their college before asking them to
register. If they know their campus ambassador then ask them to register through
him/her.
2.​ Mention about the prices and events ache se and just for precaution keep the
brochure opened in another device so that if they have any query that you are
unaware of you can find it out on spot.
3.​ If the person you are speaking too is appearing to be uncomfortable in English then
talk to them in Hindi or any regional language that may suit both of you.
4.​ In case you are unsure about something just tell them that you will get back to them
don’t convey any wrong information
