QUESTION ONE (30 MARKS)

b) Briefly highlight four ways in which computers are used in banks (4 marks)
c) Differentiate the following terms:
i) Subscript and superscript (2 marks)
ii) Spreadsheet and worksheet (2 marks)
iii) Word wrap and word processor (2 marks)
d) List the four categories of computers based on their physical size. (4 marks)
e) Give four reasons why a mobile phone is regarded a computer (4 marks)
f) Identify any four disadvantages of using the voice input devices (4 marks)
g) Using a well labelled diagram, state the four functional units as outlined in the Von Neumann
