Drive TAC 101 - Metric Resources
Drive TAC 101 - Metric Resources
Metrics are a huge part of AR. The data that is collected is used in operations and by techs to show how well
or poorly the floor is running. This data allows you to gather information on where the floor can focus on
areas of improvement like drive charge levels and fiducials.
Note: In order to access most of the floor health and tableau dashboards one must be
part of this permission group. This permission group is a Manager approval model, hence
direct managers can request to add you to the permissions group.
• If you are in NA, note this group is managed by a Team. RME personnel in AR facilities
will be automatically added to the group based on their reporting structure.
• If you are in EMEA/APAC, note that this permission group is a Manager approval
model, hence direct managers can drop request to add you to the permissions group.
