Respected Sir, With reference to my applications put in your office dated


09/11/2023 and 09/07/2024.

2- The undersigned as mentioned in my earlier communications was availing Extra


Ordinary Leave (EOL) to facilitate my family, subsequently the circumstances aroused to help
my father in helping his business & health issues abroad.

3- Through some resources, it came to my knowledge that departmental


proceedings have been initiated against me and someone is inquiring the so-called absence of
undersigned. Respected Sir, as I have mentioned in my application (Copy Attached) to your
good self that I am availing Extra Ordinary Leave (EOL) and during the period requested for
permission to travel abroad for the purpose as mentioned many times. The situation made it
worse when my old neighbor where I had been resided many years back told me that some
notices were pasted outside mohalla. The circumstances put me in great mental stress and
social pressure. Sir, undersigned neither disobeyed the departmental procedures nor tried to
manipulate my position but all actions as stated by different sources made myself in dismaying
situation.

4- I am already at home and can be reached through my mobile number. As no one


contacted me in any case and haven’t reached to get my response etc. Furthermore, I am very
much sure that the NOC should have been there in your office.
