This is also to certify that the above-named person/beneficiary has an


income that does not exceed the statutory minimum wage of threshold set by
the Regional Tripartite Wage and Productivity board(RTWBP) of the Department of
Labor and Employment (DOLE).

This certification is issued for the purpose of availing of assistance from the
government through the Assistance para sa Kapos Ang Kita Program (AKAP)
under the Department of Social Welfare and Development.
