• Unum is an Insurance Domain Project. To make it customer- friendly, contact centers are
built using AWS Services which helps to create, apply, change, lookup details etc., from
anywhere by connecting to this contact centers while also efficiently addressing customer
inquiries/concerns through ServiceNow
• Collaborated with the team to understand business requirements and participated in all
phases of the development lifecycle, leading to a 25% reduction in project timeline.
