Product Description:
Cray seal 32-17 is an aqua based, Anti-fungal sealant for low, medium and high pressure or high velocity
– metal, fiberglass and flexible heating and air conditioning air ducts, forming a durable seal against air
leakage.

Appication
HVAC Application
It is also used as an adhesive to metal, aluminum, Ceramic, Concrete, mild steel, etc.
Conforms to ASTM C-411 (Hot Surface Performance of High Temperature Thermal Insulation)
Conforms to ASTM C-732 (Aging Effects of Artificial Weathering on Latex Sealants)
Conforms to ASTM D-2202 (Slump Test)
It does not contain Asbestos, Lead or Mercury compounds
It can be applied using a wide variety of power extrusion equipment suitable for use with water
base sealant.

Direction For Use


The surface should be clean, dry, oil-free and sounded (To clean surface use power blower). Apply by
power extrusion or trowel uniformly a 2” wide coat over the joint @ 2 to 2.2 gal/100 ft2. Total coverage
40-55 ft2/gal. Allow the completed joint to dry at least 24 hours above 25°C before pressure testing. High
humidity (70%) and or cooler temp. may retard drying. Total WFT to be 30-35 mils.

Storage
Store under cover, protect from direct sunlight and high temperature ( > 30°C).
Shelf life is up to 12 months in unopened container when stored as directed.

Health and Safety


As with all chemicals, caution should always be exercised. Protective clothing such as gloves and goggles should be worn.

INHALATION: Inhalation of vapor or mist should be avoided. If inhaled symptoms include coughing, wheezing, laryngitis,
shortness of breath, headache, nausea, and vomiting. Immediately shift the victim to fresh air, and, if needed immediately start
artificial respiration. Give oxygen if breathing is labored. Get emergency medical help.

EYE CONTACT: Flush eyes with water for 15 minutes and call for medical help.

INGESTION: Causes nausea, vomiting, and loss of consciousness. If accidentally swallowed do not induce vomiting rather call for
medical help immediately.

SKIN CONTACT: Flush with water or soap and water until all traces have been removed. Seek medical attention if required.

Product Description:
Craycoat 30-36 AF is a flexible adhesive and coating, forming a durable seal against air leakage. It can be
used where the humidity level had to be sustained at or above 90%.

Appication
It can be applied easily by brush, roller and airless
Spray (please contact your equipment supplier followed by product viscosity mention in data).
It has excellent water, chemical, abrasion and U.V resistance.
Recommend to be used on metal duct in outdoors and
indoors thermal insulation systems.
Can be use as atop coat of normal coating to protect from fungal.

Direction For Use


The surface should be clean, dry, and free from oil, grease and loose particle. Apply a tack coat of adhesive
@ 3- 5 m2/li. After applying tack coat immediately imbed the selected lagging fabric smoothly in to the
wet coating. Apply two finish coat of adhesive @ 4 - 5 m2/li. It is very important to ensure that each coat
of adhesive is totally cured before the next coat is applied. The dry film thickness will vary with fabric
selected.

Storage
Store under cover, protect from direct sunlight and high temperature (> 35°C).
Shelf life is up to 12 months in unopened container when stored as directed.

Product Description:
Craybond 81-10 is an inflammable, one component adhesive based on synthetic modified rubber with
special tackifier and additives.

Appication
Ideal for use in applications where fiber glass and other type of insulation are bonded to the interior or
exterior of metal duct system
It can be used for most porous & non-porous surfaces
It can be applied easily by brush, roller & pressure feeding equipment evenly on both surfaces

Direction For Use


The surface should be clean, dry, and free from oil, grease and loose particles. For fibrous wool & GI sheet,
apply adhesive evenly with any suitable equipment and wait for 5 to 10 minutes before bonding the glass
wool. For other substrates, after applying the adhesive wait until solvent is fully evaporated and assemble
the surface by applying normal hand pressure.

Storage
Store under covered area, protect from direct sunlight and high temperature (> 35°C)
Shelf life is up to 12 months in unopened container when stored as directed.
