I thank the Almighty God for having successfully enabled us to sail through term……………. Of the academic year 20
……………. Which has been rather long and challenging in all aspects to date.
I therefore wish to comment on a few vital issues of whatever has transpired.
a) SCHOOL DUES
I deeply appreciate all those parents who have been able to clear our only cardinal source of revenue on time and in full
amounts which have enabled us to accomplish school activities to run effectively
We have maintained our humble fees structures as follow including assessment tests, extra lessons and examination
fee:

NOTE:
(I) All P7 candidates must be in boarding section.
(II) Day scholars from baby –P.6 must pay sh. ………………for their lunch since they all depart at 5:00pm
(III) The following school requirements must be bought on the first of the term:
1. A ream of ruled papers (P.4-P.7).
2. 4 rolls of toilet paper.
3. 2 brooms outdoor and indoor.
4. Hospital medical form.
5. One paper file.
6. Birth card certificate.
7. School uniform and a sweater. (sh.65,000)
8. Shaving fee (sh.5000) termly
9. Causal wear all boarders (sh. 30,000)
10. Sportswear (baby – p7) (sh.30,000)
11. 4 bars of soap of soap (white star) boarders
12. A ten-liter jerry can (boarders)
13. A basin and a bucket, a cup plus a plate.
14. Enough books
15. Enough pens and pencils, colored pencils a graph book, a mathematical set, long ruler.
b) Academics
A lot has been done on this direction in such way that our pupils did beginning of term, mid –term and end of term
exams and also in some cases weekly test programs.
Our candidates have written PLE exams and we are optimistic that their results will be better.
Therefore, parents are encouraged to send their children from P6-P7 next term on
…………………………………………and baby to P5 on…………………………………………………write all
necessary scholastic materials for better results

c) Registration
The registration of all new leaners will convince on …………………………………at the school from Monday –
Friday at 08:00am -04:00pm.
All our P7 candidates will be subjected to pre-registration examinations on ………………………………………to
establish whether they qualify to registered for UNEB examination at our center.
d) Displine
Generally, our pupils have managed to follow our strict disciplinary rules.
We thank all parents who have come out to support our strict displinary code.
We always welcome you to come and discard issues regarding pupil’s dripline and laws very sure that with your
continued support and guidance we shall achieve very much.
e) Electricity and water
The school has managed to install solar electricity in the school which have alleviated our pupils from using lamps
and candles in classrooms and dormitories while reading their books.
The school has also managed to get nearby water source to ease sanitation at school and in pupils at large.

f) Pupils sanitation and health.


The school always strives to offer essential medical care to all our pupils with in our ability and means. l therefore,
reminds all our pupils with any health complication, risk and disease to declare them and carryout the relevant
medical forms to school. this must be declared to the head teacher on arrival.
g) Conclusion.
We dully thank parents for trusting us with their children, we pledge to continue helping them towards the expected
behavioral change l greatly thank our teaching and non-teaching staff for their been and selfless services rendered to
the school of which without them in our midst we cannot
Manage.
To the parents, your continued support and guide will always enable us touch the slay as we confidently trot on in the
determined and stringent spirit of “Education Is An Investment “
