General
Hand tracking doesn't work
Virtual Desktop and SteamVR try to transform hand tracking into normal
controllers, true hand tracking is only available on Meta Quest Link .

I can't teleport
Hold the Thumbstick button forward for 0.4 seconds to initiate teleportation,
this delay helps prevent accidental activation.
If you're using an unsupported VR device and having issues with teleportation,

you can use the
Teleport Shoot function in the Actions tab to shoot using the guns.

Hands appear in incorrect position


Use the Hand Position Adjustment button in the Actions tab to disable or enable
automatic adjustment, which was made for Meta Quest devices. On other VR
devices or software that emulates certain devices (like Virtual Desktop), you
may need to use this option.

Actions are being triggered without me doing


anything
JOI LAB uses multiple buttons simultaneously, so a faulty controller can impact
your experience. The controls are mirrored, meaning you can use only the
functional controller. Many actions have alternative ways to execute them. For
example, the menu can be accessed using the laser pointer by hovering your
finger over the menu button, getting close with your finger, or pressing and
holding + thumbstick.

You can use the SteamVR diagnostics tool to check if your controller has any
defects and even add a deadzone to the thumbstick to prevent accidental
inputs.

Issues with App-Controlled Toys


The integration with toys is experimental. You can leave your feedback,
suggestions, and integration requests through the official channels. For now, it
is necessary to use Intiface Central with the default IP address and port
settings. You can purchase a toy through this link.
