1. I have gone through and understood the contents of information Brochure /Prospectus, relevant
regulations and eligibility criteria prescribed therein. I shall abide by rules and admission process of
UG BAMS/BSMS/BUMS/BHMS/B.PHARM (AY) Seat as specified by the AACCC, Ministry of Ayush.
2. I know the during verification of documents at the time of reporting, if any discrepancy is detected in
original documents, including category, sub-category and gender, then I may not be considered for
Allotment.
3. I know that the personal information provided by me is genuine and authentic.
4. I am aware of the fee, bond etc. conditions of the institution that I am interested in and know that
AACCC, Ministry of Ayush has no role to play in that.
5. I have read and understood the Counseling scheme, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), notices
and other relevant document uploaded on Counseling website.
6. In case of BUMS: In eligibility criterion, either candidate must have passed Urdu or Arabic or Persian
language as one of the subjects in the 10th Standard or in the 12 th standard or the candidates shall
have to study the Urdu language along with Arabic and Mantiq wa Falsafa (Logic and Philosophy) as
a subject during the First Professional B.U.M.S session.
7. In case of BSMS: in eligibility criterion, either candidate must have passed Tamil as one of the
subjects in the 10th standard or in Higher secondary course or candidate has to study Tamil as a
subject during the 1st professional course.
8. I declare that I will not disclose or share the password with anybody. I understand that I am
solely responsible for safe guarding my password and neither AACCC, Ministry of Ayush nor
NIC is responsible of misuse of my password.
9. Password Policy: Your password must satisfy the following

1. Password must be 8 to 13 character long.

2. Password must have at least one Upper case alphabet.
3. Password must have at least one Lower case alphabet.
4. Password must have at least one numeric value.
5. Password must have at least one special characters eg.!@#$%^&*-
10. Change Password:
A facility to change the password is available to signed-in applicants. Applicant will login into the
system and click on the “Change Password” button. Applicant will enter the old password, new
password, confirm new password to change the password. If old password matches and new
password is as per the password policy then the form will be submitted and the password will be
changed successfully.
11. Forget Password/Reset Password: Applicant can reset his/her password by using the
following options.

1. Reset password using a verification code via SMS: Applicant is required to enter NEET-UG Roll
No. If the details entered by applicant matches with the registered Candidate data then system will
send verification code through SMS at the registered mobile no. and applicant is required to enter
verification
