INFORMED CONSENT

We are the students of BS (Psychology) 6th Semester from Shadab Girls College Sialkot,
we are conducting a research on the topic of “IMPACT OF TEACHING METHOD’S ON
STUDENT’S ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE”. This research aims to measure the impact of
teaching method’s on student’s academic performance. By answering questions you will become
participants in current research. It is assured that information attained will be kept confidential.
Data collected will be used for research and academic activities. If at any point of data collection,
you feel uncomfortable or threaten, you have the right to withdraw from this research.

I voluntarily agree to participate in this study. I have read and understood the informed consent
