As a key member of our finance team, you'll provide leadership and support
across multiple Backoffice functions, creating an environment where both the
team and processes can excel. You'll oversee daily financial operations like
billing, collections, and accounts payable, while collaborating closely with
leaders in the United States to ensure our financial strategies align with
business goals. With a flexible hybrid working schedule, you’ll experience the

enjoying the autonomy of remote work.

What You’ll Do:

 Leadership & Team Support:

o Provide guidance to the finance team and other Backoffice


departments.

o Create a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on process


optimization and task automation.

 Financial Operations Oversight:

o Manage daily financial operations, including billing, collections,


and accounts payable.

o Ensure client invoices are prepared in compliance with deal


parameters.

 Process Improvement & Compliance:

o Identify opportunities for improvement within finance shared


services to enhance productivity and efficiency.

o Maintain a robust internal control environment and ensure


compliance during audits.

 Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

o Collaborate with finance and operational teams to drive


impactful enhancements.
o Address escalated concerns promptly, ensuring alignment with
financial and business objectives.

 Reporting & Analysis:

o Monitor key performance metrics and deliver insights to


management.

o Provide accurate reports for internal and external audits.

Who You Are:

You’re a strategic thinker with a strong financial acumen, ready to


handle multiple priorities with efficiency and grace. If you have:

 A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or


related field (MBA or CA/CMA certification preferred).

 7+ years of leadership experience in BPO, shared services, or finance


shared services.

 Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel


skills.

 Familiarity with Indian GST and TDS regulations.

 Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive


change and influence stakeholders.

 A track record of managing projects and delivering results in a


deadline-driven environment. Then we want to meet you!
